C	Connie Daniele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo. Si trova in zona centrale a 10 minuti dalle piste da sci e a due passi da ristoranti e supermercati. Volendo si può utilizzare la zona cottura per cucinare nel caso non si volesse uscire. È un ambiente accogliente e caldo. Mentre fuori nevicava noi eravamo dentro in manica corta. Il parcheggio sembra impossibile nelle ore di punta ma grazie alla dritta della proprietaria, persona disponibile e gentilissima, non abbiamo avuto problemi. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente. Optimal. It is located in the central area 10 minutes from the ski slopes and a stone's throw from restaurants and supermarkets. If you want, you can use the cooking area to cook if you don't want to go out. It is a welcoming and warm environment. While it was snowing outside we were inside in short sleeves. Parking seems impossible at peak times but thanks to the tip of the owner, a helpful and very kind person, we had no problems. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Personale gentile e impeccabile. Hanno un ristorante convenzionato dove si mangia molto bene, prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consiglio di prenotare poiché è molto gettonato come ristorante proprio per la sua ottima qualità. very welcoming structure, excellent proximity to the center that allows you to move even walk if you want to tour the city without a car. kind and impeccable staff. La cucina è dotata quasi di tutto, il letto matrimoniale è comodo ed il bagno ben organizzato. Peccato per il boiler elettrico che fornisce acqua calda sufficiente solo per una o due docce. Se si viene in quattro è necessario aspettare una ventina di minuti per farlo ricaricare, ma niente di grave. Very central and comfortable. The room is nice and cozy. Nothing to say about cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything, the double bed is comfortable and the bathroom well organized. Too bad for the electric boiler which provides enough hot water for only one or two showers. If there are four of you, you have to wait about twenty minutes for it to recharge, but nothing serious.
U	Ubaldo Marco Migliorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevamo soggiornare 4 notti, ma alla fine siamo rimasti solo 2 notti e ci siamo trasferiti in un albergo sempre a Roccaraso. Essendo in 5 avevamo una stanza principale con un divano letto matrimoniale (un po' scomodo) un letto singolo, un cucinotto, un tavolo e un balconcino con un bel affaccio alla piazza del paese e, a fianco, un piccolo locale (in passato c'era presumibilmente una scala che portava ai piani superiori) con 2 letti singoli (uno sopra l'altro). Nella stanza principale abbiamo notato una mancanza di prese elettriche quindi per ricaricare il cellulare utilizzavamo quella del cucinotto o quella del bagno. Il bagno (il locale meglio riscaldato) è discreto ed include una lavatrice. Il cucinotto include dei fornelli elettrici non efficaci quando bisogna far bollire dell'acqua. Il soggiorno includeva la prima colazione presso un bar locato a ridosso della residenza. Avrebbe dovuto includere la pulizia quotidiana della stanza (obbligatoria così come ci era stato detto) ma ci sono stati problemi nell'esecuzione. Vari contrasti con la proprietaria (e scuse date) ci hanno portato a trasferirci. Direi per nulla affabile con il Cliente. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but in the end we only stayed 2 nights and moved to a hotel in Roccaraso. Being 5 of us, we had a main room with a double sofa bed (a little uncomfortable), a single bed, a kitchenette, a table and a small balcony overlooking the town square and, next to it, a small room (in the past c 'was presumably a staircase leading to the upper floors) with 2 single beds (one above the other). In the main room we noticed a lack of electrical outlets so to recharge the mobile we used the one in the kitchenette or the one in the bathroom. The bathroom (the best heated room) is discreet and includes a washing machine. The kitchenette includes an electric stove that is not effective when boiling water. The stay included breakfast at a bar located close to the residence. It should have included daily room cleaning (mandatory as we were told) but there were problems with execution. Various disputes with the owner (and apologies given) led us to move. I would say not at all friendly with the customer.
