Ho noleggiato due slittini per i miei bimbi per la giornata del 31 ma a causa del maltempo non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarli (abbiamo chiamato per avvisare che non saremmo tornati a riconsegnarli), li abbiamo riportati la sera del 02/Gen e con molta comprensione ci hanno fatto pagare solo una giornata ! I wanted to thank you for your kindness and seriousness. I rented two sleds for my children for the day of 31st but due to bad weather we were unable to use them (we called to advise that we would not be back to return them), we brought them back on the evening of 02 / Jan and with great understanding we they only charged one day!
