β β β β β Sono stato cliente per molti anni, sempre gentili ed efficenti, oggi dopo un po di anni torno, e trovo un personale nel pallone piΓΉ totale, 1 ora e mezza di fila per servire neanche 30 persone, dopo tale attesa mi rifilano degli sci risalenti al primo conflitto mondiale totalmente scorticati, inarcati, con plastiche mancanti. dopo aver fatto la prima discesa in ovvie condizioni pessime, alla mia richiesta di sostituzione perchΓ© neanche si uniscono per trasportarli, mi viene risposto da un addetto di sbatterli forte fra loro per unirli, tanto se non si rompono caricandoci sopra "un quintale e mezzo" (riferendosi alla mia persona), non si rompono nemmeno sbattendoli. Brutti cafoni Avete perso tutta la famiglia ovvero 10 clienti. Peccato per voi. TroverΓ² un noleggio con del personale piΓΉ educato, preparato e con attrezzatura che non pretendo di lusso ma almeno utilizzabile.
 I have been a customer for many years, always kind and efficient, today after a few years I come back, and I find a staff in the most total balloon, 1 hour and a half in a row to serve even 30 people, after this wait they give me skis dating back to World War I totally flayed, arched, with missing plastics. after having made the first descent in obvious bad conditions, at my request for a replacement because they don't even join to transport them, I am answered by an employee to bang them hard together to join them, so much so if they don't break by loading "a quintal and a half" (referring to my person), they don't even break when banged. Ugly peasants You have lost your whole family or 10 customers. Too bad for you. I will find a rental with more polite staff, prepared and with equipment that I do not expect luxury but at least usable.

β β β β β Out of the many rental services available on site, do avoid this one. I came with a group after previously contacting them, and I had to fight to remind them of our agreements - funnily enough, none of them seemed to have had that conversation.
Besides, the staff was unbelievably rude, and I mean real RUDE. My group and I were left speechless - as well as kept waiting and waiting: by the time we were all served more than 1,30h had passed. Seriously? They clearly didn't know how to deal with the large queue, but honestly, they had no excuses to their lack of efficiency and poor manners. (Same queue was found again when we brought back our equipment).
Worst experience ever, so please go somewhere else.
Per riassumere in italiano: servizio pessimo, siamo stati fatti aspettare 1,30h (si, sul serio) e trattati con un ignoranza e maleducazione unica. Per non parlare del fatto che la nostra era una comitiva, e avevamo preso accordi al telefono per un prezzo come gruppo, ma naturalmente nessun componente dello staff sembrava ricordarsi di questa conversazione. Buffo.

β β β β β More than one hour waiting time and extreme chaos!!!! No culture for waiting in lineβ¦ It's not only the staff's fault, they tried to do what could have been done... but it is ridiculous to be soooo understaffed at an expectedly busy weekend day. Very bad start of a dayβ¦
