Nella storica casetta di legno situata nel piazzale superiore della stazione sciistica (il primo che si incontra) non solo puoi noleggiare ogni tipo di attrezzatura (sci,snowboard,ciaspole) ma anche prenotare la tua lezione di sci. Professionalitá, cordialità, simpatia e solaritá non sono sufficienti a descrivere il personale sempre pronto ad aiutarti. You cannot start a day of skiing in Ovindoli without going through the Nonno Silvio rental. In the historic wooden house located in the upper square of the ski resort (the first one you meet) you can not only rent all types of equipment (skis, snowboards, snowshoes) but also book your ski lesson. Professionalism, friendliness, sympathy and cheerfulness are not enough to describe the staff always ready to help you.

Lo stato di manutenzione delle lamine lascia molto a desiderare: certo non si rischia di tagliarsi con i bordi ma non ci si può contare per la tenuta su neve men che perfetta. In modo molto sgarbato e maleducato, la signora riferisce di aver terminato tutto! Allora ho risposto in modo gentile, che sarebbe stato opportuno farlo sapere alle persone in fila. La signora, in modo maleducato ha strillato "Senti! Io mica posso stare fuori a dire che è finita l'attrezzatura!" Ma che servizio è questo? Basterebbe mettere una persona fuori per avvertire delle scarse quantità di attrezzature o quanto meno un semplice avviso. Vergognoso, per il turismo è una pessima figura! Sconsiglio vivamente. Purtroppo essendo la zona molto affollata ed il locale piccolo lo stesso risulta molto affollato. Per evitare code per chi richiede gli sci per più giorni, consiglierei, di far trovare gli sci pronti all'esterno della struttura ed in appositi allogiamenti, come anche eventualmente gli scarponi, posizionando più panchine al di fuori della struttura così da migliorare il servizio. Migliorare il sito con la possibilità di prenotare sci e scarponi online, così come le lezioni di sci. Grazie. Saluti. The rental could improve with greater care of the customer and his needs. Ogni nostra esigenza è stata accolta e soddisfatta da persone veramente gentili e alla mano. Prezzi modici ed esperienza bella e coinvolgente, con l'aiuto dell'insegnante Andrea, che ci ha seguito con attenzione, gentilezza e divertimento!! Giornata indimenticabile, torneremo sicuramente!
