Ristorazione: veloci, organizzati e sempre ottimi piatti
Pulizia: stanze sempre pulite e in ordine

Animazione: c'è quasi sempre l'animazione e sale da giochi
Punti deboli
Avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola manutenzione, alcune cose sono particolarmente vecchie, come le tende in sala da pranzo, le poltrone in sala spettacolo e le stanze. Piccolezze che a me non fanno molto la differenza quando c'è pulizia e un'ottima ristorazione, ma ai clienti più pignoli si.

Weaknesses
It needs some minor maintenance, some things are particularly old, like the curtains in the dining room, the armchairs in the show room and the rooms. Small things that do not make much difference to me when there is cleanliness and excellent catering, but to the most fussy customers they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è vero complessivamente è un pò datato, ma la pulizia è meticolosa, ottimi i buffet gestiti per la colazione e per la cena. il servizio a tavola è molto curato ed efficiente. Luca in particolare estremamente gentile e risolutivo, ma tutti i colleghi molto cordiali e disponibili. Una bella piscina e diverse sale a disposizione per il dopo sci; Quindi il riscontro è sicuramente positivo.
It is true overall it is a bit dated, but the cleaning is meticulous, the buffets managed for breakfast and dinner are excellent. the table service is very accurate and efficient. Luca in particular extremely kind and decisive, but all his colleagues very friendly and helpful. A beautiful swimming pool and several rooms available for après-ski; So the feedback is certainly positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... Di 4 stelle non ha assolutamente niente solo il prezzo. Camere piccole e con arredamento di inizi anni 80, per non parlare del bagno...parcheggio esterno selvaggio. Le camere non dispongono di termostato per la regolazione della temperatura. Non disponibili nemmeno le ciabatte usa e getta.... Non a caso l unico albergo libero!!! Da evitare, tanto vale prendere una camera in affitto, almeno si risparmia.
... Of 4 stars it has absolutely nothing only the price. Small rooms with early 80's furniture, not to mention the bathroom ... wild outdoor parking. The rooms do not have a thermostat for regulating the temperature. Not even disposable slippers are available .... It is no coincidence that the only free hotel !!! To avoid, you might as well take a room to rent, at least you will save money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albergo molto vecchio ancora con i termosifoni, che non permettevano di modificare la temperatura in stanza, prese elettriche inesistenti e le uniche 2 una in bagno..... e neanche funzionava, per il menù davvero povero..... idem per la colazione.
Posto auto scoperto... quindi macchina .congelata Sconsigliato. L'unica cosa positiva la pulizia
Very old hotel still with radiators, which did not allow to change the temperature in the room, non-existent electrical sockets and the only 2 one in the bathroom ..... and it didn't even work, for the really poor menu ..... ditto for the Breakfast.
Uncovered parking space ... therefore frozen car. Not recommended. The only positive thing was the cleanliness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'albero 4 giorni, sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, l'albergo è pulitissimo si mangia molto bene cibi freschi e genuini, buonissimo il servizio della navetta. Ma la vera ciliegina sulla torta è il servizio, un grande plauso a tutti i ragazzi che si sono occupati della nostra permanenza: Luca e la sua squadra di camerieri baristi...siete straordinari, educati , sorridenti, professionali..nonostante la vostra giovane età siete fantastici avrete tutti un grande futuro ; Ignazio e la sua squadra di animatori, pronti sempre con un sorriso, simpatia e professionalità a soddisfare tutte le esigenze che si presentano. Un plauso anche ai responsabili dell'hotel e al front office, sempre gentili e disponibili. Noi torneremo, ci siamo sentiti come a casa ,benvoluti e coccolati. grazie
We stayed at the tree 4 days, all essential services are present, the hotel is spotless, you eat very well fresh and genuine food, the shuttle service is very good. But the real icing on the cake is the service, a big applause to all the guys who took care of our stay: Luca and his team of bartender waiters ... you are extraordinary, polite, smiling, professional ... despite your young age you are fantastic you will all have a great future; Ignazio and his team of entertainers, always ready with a smile, friendliness and professionalism to meet all the needs that arise. An applause also to the hotel managers and the front office, always kind and helpful. We will be back, we felt at home, welcomed and pampered. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo uno sci club di Roma ed abbiamo soggiornato presso l’hotel usufruendo della formula mezza pensione . Il personale è eccezionale , ragazzi giovani (cito alcuni particolarmente rimasti nel ? : Luca , Alberto, Salvatore , marco ) cordiali e gentili attenti a soddisfare le svariate esigenze di un gruppo di 35 persone !!!!
Formula cena adeguatissima e ottima , formula colazione ?. Animazione serale , sala biliardo , piscina e Ping pong fanno da intrattenimento come in un villaggio . Consigliatissimo ! Noi ritorneremo sicuramente . Grazie a tutto lo staff ed al Direttore !! Sabina mazza sci cai Roma
We are a ski club in Rome and we stayed at the hotel using the half board formula. The staff is exceptional, young guys (I mention some particularly remained in the ?: Luca, Alberto, Salvatore, marco) friendly and kind attentive to meet the various needs of a group of 35 people !!!!
Very adequate and excellent dinner formula, breakfast formula ?. Evening entertainment, billiard room, swimming pool and Ping pong provide entertainment like in a village. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff and the Director !! Sabina mazza ski cai Rome

Molto coinvolgenti e devo dire Che Ci hanno fatto divertire molto nelle due serate trascorse all interno dell albergo. We returned to Rome yesterday after two days in this hotel. Very good cuisine ... Excellent entertainment ... Very engaging and I must say that they made us have a lot of fun in the two evenings spent inside the hotel. A special applause to Luca, meter of the hall, exceptional guy and always available .... Keep it up Luca Che you will do a lot of road. A big kiss from Luca, Cristina, Gioele and Samuele
