G	Gianfranco Malta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ben posizionato,a soli cinque minuti di camminata dal centro.Una volta entrati si ha l'impressione di essere catapultati improvvisamente negli anni 80 per via degli arredi,e di oggetti vari . Personale di reception gentile,educato ma soprattutto sorridente. Camere non tanto spaziose ma pulite, come anche i bagni. Avendo soggiornato con un gruppo di circa 18 persone,ho avuto modo di poter constatare l'effettiva pulizia,presente anche nelle altre camere . Pulizia presente anche negli spazi di comune utilizzo,quali reception , sala con divani etc. etc. Nota dolente, per la quale il mio giudizio è di sole tre stelle,riguarda la cucina. Oserei definirla quasi "imbarazzante" al punto tale da dover pensare di esser stati noi particolarmente sfortunati nell'essere incappati in un momento no del cuoco. Purtroppo quando si sbaglia anche la preparazione di quello che può essere definito l' A B C della cucina, ovvero,un semplice piatto di pasta col pomodoro ,ti sorge il ragionevole dubbio che ciò non possa rappresentare la quotidianità. Colazione dolce più che sufficiente, il salato quasi inesistente. Infine mi permetto di dare un consiglio al personale di sala il quale, ha manifestato, in più occasioni segnali di insofferenza, di ostilità. SORRIDERE,SORRIDERE.....il tutto accompagnato da quel pizzico in più di gentilezza e pazienza,che non guasta mai.se sono lì, lo devono solo a noi clienti.....almeno questo Tali atteggiamenti sono stati carpiti anche da ospiti di altri tavoli. Cleaning is also present in the areas of common use, such as reception, lounge with sofas etc. etc. A sore point, for which my opinion is only three stars, concerns the kitchen. I would dare to call it almost "embarrassing" to the point of having to think that we were particularly unfortunate in having stumbled upon a bad moment of the cook. Unfortunately, when the preparation of what can be defined as the A B C of the kitchen, that is, a simple dish of pasta with tomato, is also wrong, there is a reasonable doubt that this cannot represent everyday life. Sweet breakfast more than enough, the salty almost non-existent. Finally, I would like to give some advice to the dining room staff who have shown signs of intolerance and hostility on several occasions. SMILING, SMILING ..... all accompanied by that extra bit of kindness and patience, which never hurts. If they are there, they owe it only to us customers ..... at least that These attitudes were also stolen by guests of other tables.

Camere non molto grandi, il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare, piastrelle della nonna, doccia senza box ma con sono la tendina. Colazione pagata 5 euro a persona per poi trovare un buffet abbastanza povero, di salato ho trovato solo il formaggio con prosciutto che a prima vista sembravano presi al discount, ma soprattutto come si fa nel 2020 a non avere il latte di soia? Chi non può bere latte allora? Non ne vale la pena meglio farla al bar. 3 stelle solo per la posizione e personale gentile, per il resto non sono soddisfatto per nulla. Hotel located in a good location for those who want to ski, very very old furniture, you can smell old. Sicuramente è un luogo in cui si può riposare e rilassarsi. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel is poorly cared for in detail, it needs to be modernized. It is definitely a place where you can rest and relax.

Sicuramente prezzi altissimi per ciò che offre. Old hotel, with really obscene bathrooms that flood when you shower, certainly not worthy of 3 stars. 20 minute wait for breakfast with slow staff and cookies maybe opened the month before. Certainly very high prices for what it offers.

Personale gentile e disponibile ma nel complesso il servizio e assolutamente basso rispetto al prezzo richiesto. 175 euro per una stanza che era una matrimoniale e diventata magicamemte una quadrupla grazie ad un letto a castello, diciamo che non e coerente con il prezzo..si faticava a camminare nella stanza..e poi il bagno era davvero indecoroso!! nemmeno il box doccia!! Dated hotel with bathrooms and rooms in need of refurbishment. Friendly and helpful staff but overall the service is absolutely low compared to the asking price. 175 euros for a room that was a double and magically became a quadruple thanks to a bunk bed, let's say that it is not consistent with the price .. it was hard to walk into the room .. and then the bathroom was really indecent !! not even the shower stall !!
