Il personale ( TUTTO NESSUNO ESCLUSO) è super gentile, simpatico e molto disponibile.. ottima l'accoglienza e la cura nei confronti del cliente.. L'hotel offre anche un efficentissimo servizio navetta che ti collega alle piste principali. Il conducente un signore davvero bravissimo.. Il ristorante propone ottime scelte di piatti tipici della tradizione..squisiti! La pulizia delle camere, anch'essa eccellente! Si può anche usufruire di un carinissimo centro benessere e massaggi.. ideale dopo una giornata intera passata in pista. Che dire.. per le mie prossime vacanze sceglierò sempre e solo questo hotel. Complimenti a tutti Fabulous warm and super comfortable environment. The staff (ALL NONE EXCLUDED) is super kind, nice and very helpful .. excellent hospitality and customer care .. The hotel also offers a very efficient shuttle service that connects you to the main slopes. The driver is a very good gentleman .. The restaurant offers excellent choices of traditional dishes .. exquisite! The cleanliness of the rooms, also excellent! L'animazione è stata in grado di far divertire grandi e piccini. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Folks, food very good and plentiful food, spacious and clean rooms. Pulizia più che ottimale, hall dell'albergo molto accogliente e zona circostante particolarmente caratteristica. Il cibo è sicuramente un pezzo forte, gustoso e con porzioni abbondanti.
