Il locale è elegante e confortevole ed il personale è molto gentile. soprattutto i proprietari. Appena si entra si respira già l'atmosfera rilassante che lo caratterizza: grazie al colore rosso della sala da tè e grazie alle luci cade e alla stufa a legna, il senso di relax è assicurato, soprattutto dopo una bella giornata sulla neve. L'offerta di dolci e torte è varia, così come quella di tè e frullati. Consigliato il frullato, che arriva in un bicchiere davvero enorme, dal sapore pieno e fresco, e super consigliate le torte alla crema: ricche nelle farciture ed abbondanti nelle porzioni. Cameriera gentilissima e con una divisa carinissima. Un estratto, un frullato e 2 fette di torta: 17 €. Se tornerò a Roccaraso, sicuramente tornerò qui. This sweet place is in front of the hotel where I stayed during my skiing holiday: it is located in a very convenient position, on the main road of the town. As soon as you enter you can already breathe the relaxing atmosphere that characterizes it: thanks to the red color of the tea room and thanks to the lights falling and the wood stove, the sense of relaxation is assured, especially after a beautiful day on the snow. The offer of sweets and cakes is varied, as well as that of tea and smoothies. Recommended the smoothie, which comes in a really huge glass, with a full and fresh taste, and super cream cakes: rich in fillings and abundant in portions. Waitress very kind and cute uniforms. An abstract, a smoothie and 2 slices of cake: 17 €. If I go back to Roccaraso, I will definitely come back here.

Capisco che in periodi di alta stagione si viene messi sotto stress ma se non lo si sa gestire è meglio cambiare lavoro. I dolci sono buoni ma come si fa a servire ad esempio uno strudel di mele freddo?? I found it far worse! It is not enough to know how to make a good cake but you must know how to serve it and offer hospitality and professionalism. I understand that in high season you are put under stress but if you don't know how to manage it, it is better to change jobs. The desserts are good but how do you serve a cold apple strudel for example?

Si possono acquistare tanti buonissimi dolcini, prendere un bell'aperitivo, caffè o una buonissima cioccolata calda (preparata da loro artigianalmente). All'interno c'è anche una sala con tanti tavolini. I prezzi al banco sono ottimi ma anche quelli al tavolo sono onesti. Il personale è davvero molto cortese e disponibile. Il posto è così "dolce" che piace anche agli orsi, avvistati in rari momenti di poca affluenza. An exceptional place, certainly among the best (if not the best) bars in Roccaraso. You can buy many delicious sweets, have a nice aperitif, coffee or a delicious hot chocolate (prepared by them handcrafted). Inside there is also a room with many tables. The prices at the counter are excellent but the prices at the table are also fair. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The place is so "sweet" that even bears like it, spotted in rare moments of low turnout.
