A	Alex JC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura nuova, pulita, confortevole e in posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di auto da spiagge bellissime e centri urbani dove passare piacevoli serate. I titolari gentili e super disponibili. Colazione squisita. Insomma ci siamo trovati benissimo. The new structure, clean, comfortable and in a quiet location but a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches and urban centers where you can spend pleasant evenings. The owners are kind and super helpful. Delicious breakfast. In short, we had a great time.

Alle 22,00, ripeto alle 22,00 del giorno di arrivo, ci arriva una telefonata dalla proprietaria nella quale ci informa che il tizio che occupa l’appartamento accanto si lamentava perché, a suo dire, non riusciva a riposare a causa del latrato di un cane, al chè le ho risposto di no, che non è stata la mia cagnolina, ma la stessa insisteva addirittura offrendoci un cambio appartamento con vista e rumori sul mega autolavaggio confinante. Io ho rifiutato perché non c’era motivo di spostarsi, ed infatti la stessa dopo avere verificato meglio, aveva scoperto che i latrati provenivano da una casa situata di fronte al residence. Non abbiamo dormito per il nervoso e per la pessima gestione della problematica: avrebbe dovuto chiamare il giorno seguente, e solo dopo avere attentamente verificato i fatti invece di disturbarci chiamandoci di notte per un fatto per di più non commesso! Meno male che si qualifica “Pet Friendly”.....Il residence è carino ma in una brutta posizione a causa della strada percorsa a forte velocità dalle macchine e dai camion, oltre ad un mega autolavaggio confinante con la struttura, per cui non è consigliabile a chi vorrebbe usare le biciclette per visitare le belle località di Baratti e San Vincenzo e stare nel giardino. Avevamo progettato di restare a lungo, ma siamo andati via il giorno dopo.Pessima esperienza! Bad experience! I refused because there was no reason to move, and in fact, after having checked it better, she had discovered that the barking came from a house located in front of the residence. We didn't sleep because of the nervousness and the bad management of the problem: he should have called the following day, and only after having carefully checked the facts instead of bothering us by calling us at night for a fact that was not committed! Luckily it qualifies as "Pet Friendly" ..... The residence is nice but in a bad position because of the road traveled at high speed by cars and trucks, as well as a mega car wash adjacent to the structure, so it is advisable for those who would like to use bicycles to visit the beautiful places of Baratti and San Vincenzo and stay in the garden. We had planned to stay a long time but left the next day. Bad experience!
v	vanessa cioffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence nuovo. Camere molto spaziose e ben attrezzate. Bel dehor dove fare una colazione ottima e abbondante. DENIS è stato gentilissimo. Posizione Comoda anche se sulla strada, soprattutto se in possesso di bici (che comunque si possono noleggiare nella struttura) consigliato anche x chi ha i bambini. New residence. Very spacious and well equipped rooms. Bel dehor where to have a great and abundant breakfast. DENIS was very kind. Convenient location even if on the road, especially if in possession of bikes (which however can be rented in the structure) also recommended for those with children.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, spazioso e silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza della strada che ti collega in pochi minuti a Piombino e alle spiagge più belle della zona. Ottima e abbondante la colazione con torte brioches e focacce freschissime. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo! Second experience at the residence after 1 year. New apartment, clean, spacious and quiet despite the proximity of the road that connects you in a few minutes to Piombino and the most beautiful beaches in the area. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with freshly baked cakes and focaccia. Very nice and helpful owners. Highly recommended!

I titolari sono gentilissimi, cortesi e molto disponibili. La colazione abbondante con la chicca dei croissant freschi da una pasticceria di zona, un vero peccato di gola. La posizione lo rende comodo per spostarsi in pochi minuti verso il mare e le zone turistiche. Complimenti, torneremo presto! The residence is new and very well cared for. Large rooms with all comforts, air conditioning, fridge, TV and induction cooker. The owners are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The hearty breakfast with the gem of fresh croissants from a local pastry shop, a real pity. The position makes it convenient to move in a few minutes towards the sea and the tourist areas. Congratulations, we will be back soon!
V	Veronica Maggioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione strategica, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Toscana , appartamenti puliti e nuovi, aria condizionata, piano cottura ad induzione, lavatrice in comune, propietari gentilissimi, anche se vicino alla strada le finestre sono ben isolate quindi il rumore non si sente Strategic location, excellent starting point for visiting Tuscany, clean and new apartments, air conditioning, induction hob, shared washing machine, very kind owners, even if near the road the windows are well insulated so the noise is not heard
