G	Giovanna Siracusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questo meraviglioso agriturismo B&B È una struttura nuova , funzionale con tutti i confort, nel verde con piscina dove regna tranquillità e silenzio, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge e borghi della Val di Cornia. La colazione è super , a base di dolci fatti in casa, tanto che mio figlio ne ha decantato le lodi alle gentilissime e simpatiche signore Maida e Patrizia che ci hanno anche consigliato sui ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo! We have just spent a week in this wonderful farmhouse B&B It is a new, functional structure with all comforts, in the green with a swimming pool where tranquility and silence reign, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches and villages of the Val di Cornia. The breakfast is super, based on homemade desserts, so much so that my son praised the very kind and nice ladies Maida and Patrizia who also advised us on the restaurants where going to eat. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Y	Yari 03 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di scrivere la vera e propria recensione tengo ad affermare che io vengo in questo luogo da abbastanza anni da poterlo criticare evidenziando i pregi ed i difetti. I pregi di questo luogo sono tanti, ma non abbastanza da renderlo acclamato: Il paesaggio in cui il casale è costruito è discreto, se pur non venga adeguatamente trattato con cura, nonostante ciò gode di una "significativa" vicinanza al mare. Il casale esteriormente "parlando" è ben costruito (fa la sua figura). Propone una piscina abbastanza grande per quasi tutte le persone presenti nel casale. Purtroppo però l'architettura e la posizione non sono pregi tali da contrastare la pessima presenza degli amministratori o del pessimo mantenimento (a momenti sembra in stato di totale abbandono). Le camere sono pulite poco egregiamente rendendo l'ambiente interno molto sconcio. Gli apparecchi offerti in ogni casa sono obsoleti e molto spesso sono addirittura in uno stato ignobile. I letti ed i divani si trovano in uno stato malandato, insieme ad essi anche tavoli e sedie. In aggiunta l'accoglienza offerta non è calorosa, anzi a momenti ti senti proprio insultato da coloro che amministrano e dirigono questo posto. Purtroppo mi sono ritrovato in un luogo pieno di persone ipocrite. Probabilmente questo sarà l'ultimo anno speso in questa casa vacanze, ormai non ha più senso sprecare tempo della mia considerevole vita qui per sentirsi "umiliati" con persone che sparlano di te sempre ed ovunque tranne che in faccia a te... Before writing the actual review I would like to state that I have been coming to this place for enough years to be able to criticize it by highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. The merits of this place are many, but not enough to make it acclaimed: The landscape in which the farmhouse is built is discreet, even if it is not adequately treated with care, nevertheless it enjoys a "significant" proximity to the sea. The farmhouse outwardly "speaking" is well built (makes a good impression). It offers a swimming pool large enough for almost everyone in the house. Unfortunately, however, the architecture and the position are not such qualities as to counteract the poor presence of the administrators or the poor maintenance (at times it seems in a state of total abandonment). The rooms are not very well cleaned making the internal environment very dirty. The appliances offered in every home are outdated and very often even in an ignoble state. The beds and sofas are in a run down state, along with them also tables and chairs. In addition, the welcome offered is not warm, on the contrary at moments you feel really insulted by those who administer and manage this place. Unfortunately I found myself in a place full of self-righteous people. Probably this will be the last year spent in this vacation rental, now it no longer makes sense to waste time of my considerable life here to feel "humiliated" with people who gossip about you always and everywhere except in your face ...
s	stefano leg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno a tutti, sono solo 24h che siamo tornati a Bergamo e già ci manca la Toscana ed in particolare modo il podere S.Cerbone. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in formula B&B nella camera n5 e ci siamo trovati benissimo: stanza ampia pulita di recente costruzione con uno spazio esterno con divanetto e tavolino che denotano il buon gusto e la professionalità della proprietaria. Rilassarsi su questi divanetti davanti ad un giardino ricco e curato ti mette in pace con il mondo......e con l'invidia della persona, vedi recensione inverosimile precedente. Il locale per la colazione è spettacolare, ampio con rifiniture e mobilio di pregio. Patrizia, sempre attenta e disponibile nel gestire le colazioni, pronta ad esaudire tutte le richieste degli ospiti. Un grazie di nuovo a Maida e a tutti i suoi collaboratori, posto consigliatissimo ed esperienza da ripetere. Hello everyone, it is only 24 hours since we returned to Bergamo and we already miss Tuscany and in particular the S.Cerbone farm. We stayed a week in B&B formula in room n5 and we had a great time: large clean room of recent construction with an outdoor area with sofa and table that denote the good taste and professionalism of the owner. Relaxing on these sofas in front of a rich and well-kept garden puts you at peace with the world ...... and with the envy of the person, see previous unlikely review. The breakfast room is spectacular, large with fine finishes and furniture. Patrizia, always attentive and available in managing the breakfasts, ready to fulfill all the guests' requests. Thanks again to Maida and all her collaborators, highly recommended place and experience to repeat.
E	Enrico Ricciardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza di soggiorno. Gli appartamenti sono grandi, puliti e dotati del necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il giardino e la piscina sono luoghi piacevolissimi e tranquilli (fatta salva l'educazione dei figli degli altri ospiti...) ed un'ottima alternativa al mare nei giorni del fine settimana, quando la spiaggia è più affollata. Il bellissimo golfo di Baratti, dove c'è sia lido attrezzato che spiaggia libera, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi o meglio ancora con una delle biciclette messe a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente. Nei dintorni si trova il necessario per fare la spesa e San Vincenzo o Piombino si raggiungo in pochi minuti... Proprietari e personale cordiali e disponibili. Senz'altro consigliato. Great stay experience. The apartments are large, clean and equipped with the necessary for a comfortable stay. The garden and the swimming pool are very pleasant and peaceful places (without prejudice to the education of the children of the other guests ...) and an excellent alternative to the sea on weekends, when the beach is more crowded. The beautiful gulf of Baratti, where there is both an equipped lido and a free beach, can be easily reached on foot or better still with one of the bicycles made available to guests for free. Nearby you will find the necessary for shopping and San Vincenzo or Piombino can be reached in a few minutes ... Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Definitely recommended.
C	Claudio Sandri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo in una villetta separata rispetto al gruppo di abitazioni adibite al soggiorno degli ospiti dell'agriturismo....giardino molto grande che circonda interamente la villa la quale ha 2 camere da letto matrimoniali di cui una spaziosa e comoda l'altra un poco più piccola, un bagno ed una cucina. Ciò che caratterizza questo immobile è la possibilità di godere di un ampio porticato per intrattenersi con amici e mangiare all'aperto nei giorni e nelle serate più calde ed afose. Dimenticavo di aggiungere che si può usufruire gratuitamente dello spazio piscina ubicato sul retro del casolare aldilà della strada, fornito di sdrai, lettini ed ombrelloni. La strada sterrata è percorribile a piedi o in bicicletta presa in prestito dai titolari dell'agriturismo, tramite la quale di raggiunge il golfo di Baratti. Si trovano sia bagno attrezzato di ombrelloni e lettini ma anche un'ampia spiaggia libera...nel parco adiacente i bambini possono giocare, girare in bicicletta seguendo un percorso di terra battuta in mezzo all'erba ..il panorama che si osserva dall'alto del parco dell'intero golfo è molto suggestivo.. I dettagli, molteplici, caratterizzano ogni angolo: dall'accueil al giardino assai curato, dal pozzo alle fontanelle disseminate sino alla piscina attrezzata, e con acqua di mare! Il tutto è attorniato da fioriture, alberi e profumi che preludono al mare dove è bello arrivare con le biciclette di cui il Casale dispone. La colazione, buona, ricca e assaporata nel portico fresco, si anima anche delle chiacchiere gustose con la proprietaria Maida e con Patrizia (presenza solerte e squisita). Non si tratta mai di parole scontate, ma di racconti vivaci ironici e scoppiettanti. E anche questo tratto s'aggiunge ai dettagli... La passione dei proprietari Maida e Carlo per la loro tenuta è visibile nella cura del posto, nella pulizia delle camere e appartamenti, nella cura del cliente, nei dolci fatti in casa per la colazione. Ampi spazi verdi, una stradina di campagna sterrata che in 15 minuti di camminata ti porta dritto nella spiaggia del golfo di baratti...che dire meraviglioso. Ritorneremo quando la nostra pargola di solo due mesi camminerà e potremo godere ancora di più di questo posto. A well kept farmhouse. The passion of the owners Maida and Carlo for their estate is visible in the care of the place, in the cleaning of the rooms and apartments, in the customer care, in the homemade cakes for breakfast. Large green spaces, a dirt country road that takes you straight to the beach of the gulf of baratti in 15 minutes of walking ... what to say wonderful.
