Internamente i mobili antichi andrebbero restaurati per riuscire ad aprirli senza romperli e per conservarli senza tarli. Padelle senza antiarente. Senza Moka. Mantenuto i pavimenti originali dove però x spazzare serve un'aspirapolvere o ramazza. Per la spazzatura si deve portare in auto alle campane della vicina Stazione di Populonia. La campagna è bella in zona..io amo la natura ma qualcuno potrebbe non apprezzare le formiche, mosche e zanzare. Bellissimi gli ulivi e i cedri, gli eucalipti e i fichi d'india. Tante bellissime spiagge raggiungibili a piedi, in bici o in macchina. Supermercato, bar, stazione di treno a soli 300 metri. Fantastic place surrounded by nature. Luci, colori, sapori, profumi...Ho sentito forte il profumo delle zagare in un crepuscolo serale di antica memoria. La bellezza è la solidità delle pietre che con tanto amore il proprietario ha mantenuto in ogni porzione di questo antico casale. Ogni angolo un tripudio di rosso e di bianco... Passione e purezza in un silenzio che fa' rumore nel cuore, rara espressione da preservare con cura e amore. Un angolo riservato dove trovano riparo agrumi di ogni tipo. Un sentiero privato porta velocemente al mare, il golfo di Baratti, mare di un azzurro infinito. Consigliato per chi cerca privacy, per il relax totale senza essere troppo distanti dalla realtà. Si può raggiunge il mare o con delle buone Mountain bike o a piedi se si è dei camminatori attraverso la strada sterrata con salite e discese o in auto sulla provinciale mettendo l'auto nei parcheggi a pagamento sempre molto affollati. Essendo in campagna, ci sono ovviamente le zanzare ma se fate come noi abbiamo usato i zampironi a spinale e abbiamo sempre mangiato sotto il portico che ogni appartamento ha. Faccio solo un piccolo appunto per il manutentore, girare la porta del frigorifero che essendo incastrato nel muro tutto a sinistra, la porta che apre da sinistra verso destra non era per nulla comoda.
