A stable presence and closing of the evening gates would be advisable

Per non parlare della spazzatura che bisogna portarla a dei bidoni posti a circa 2 km. Sicuramente c'è di meglio in zona. I spent 40 euros a day in 3 to take a cold shower every night. Not to mention the garbage that needs to be taken to bins located about 2 km away. Surely there is better in the area.
A	Alberto Maria Onori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi aspettate una sistemazione a 16 stelle con piscine, animazioni, ricchi premi e cotillon non è questo il posto per voi. Ma se da una vacanza in campeggio volete serenità, bellezza, comodità e aria buona allora questo è il paradiso. Le piazzole sono grandi, inghiaiate, ombreggiate e allineate alla sommità di una collina che domina la piana di Piombino. Verso ovest il mare (il golfo di Baratti, non so se mi spiego) è uno scudo di cobalto, verso est tutte le sfumature del giallo e dell'ocra. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in un quarto d'ora di cammino lungo una comoda strada bianca fra i campi. Altrimenti serve l'auto ancora per un quarto d'ora di strada. Ogni piazzola è dotata di acqua potabile e presa di corrente incluse nel prezzo, i servizi (in due gruppi in muratura) sono ampi, moderni e puliti. La struttura è ideale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli che possono girare anche da soli senza pericolo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assai vantaggioso. If you are expecting 16-star accommodation with swimming pools, entertainment, rich prizes and cotillons this is not the place for you. But if you want serenity, beauty, comfort and fresh air from a camping holiday then this is paradise. The pitches are large, graveled, shaded and aligned at the top of a hill overlooking the plain of Piombino. To the west the sea (the Gulf of Baratti, if I mean it) is a shield of cobalt, to the east all the shades of yellow and ocher. The beach can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour along a comfortable dirt road between the fields. Otherwise you need the car for another quarter of an hour on the road. Each pitch is equipped with drinking water and electricity included in the price, the services (in two masonry groups) are large, modern and clean. The structure is ideal for families with small children who can go around alone without danger. The value for money is very advantageous.

La proprietaria era tornata alla sua fabbrica a lavorare; nessun responsabile era presente in campeggio, ci hanno lasciati praticamente a noi stessi. Avrebbero potuto entrare in qualsiasi momento e rubare tutto, senza poterci fare nulla. Nei giorni di pioggia (parecchi lo scorso settembre) i pannelli solari non funzionavano, quindi zero acqua calda. Nei primi giorni, fortunatamente i due lavoranti che venivano a controllare due volte al giorno erano molto disponibili , ma a metà soggiorno il loro contratto è finito. Quindi non avrebbero più fatto nulla, nè pulito il camping e i servizi. Quando ci siamo lamentati con la proprietaria arrivata per il week end, la risposta è stata: " a casa sua se li pulisce i bagni? Li pulisca anche qui". Il tutto ai prezzi più cari di tutta la zona, in settembre. In mezz'ora abbiamo smontato tutto e ci siamo trasferiti alla "Rosa dei Venti", dove abbiamo trovato gentilezza ed efficienza, ed anche prezzi migliori. L'ultimo aneddoto è stato al momento di andare via. Il marito della signora si è precipitato a chiudere la catena (che era rimasta aperta tutta la settimana), per paura che scappassimo senza pagare. Evidentemente riteneva di meritarselo. Bad experience in September 2017. The owner had returned to her factory to work; no manager was present at the campsite, they left us practically to ourselves. In the first few days, fortunately the two workers who came to check twice a day were very helpful, but halfway through their stay their contract ended. So they would no longer do anything, nor clean the campsite and services. When we complained to the owner who arrived for the weekend, the answer was: "Do you clean the bathrooms at your house? Clean them here too". All at the most expensive prices in the whole area, in September. In half an hour we took everything apart and moved to the "Rosa dei Venti", where we found kindness and efficiency, as well as better prices. The last anecdote was about leaving. The lady's husband rushed to close the chain (which had been open all week), for fear that we would escape without paying. He evidently felt he deserved it.
