Da quando ci sono le nuove misure restrittive causa COVID i corrieri non fanno più firmare la ricevuta del pacco e alcuni lasciano il pacco incustodito senza neanche avvertire del loro arrivo. Questo mi è appena successo, purtroppo vivo in un palazzo dove il portone è stato rotto e le persone non sono molto attente alle proprietà altrui quindi varie volte è successo che i pacchi sparissero misteriosamente. Altri corrieri mi hanno sempre telefonato e citofonato e mi hanno aspettato fino a vedere il pacco nelle mie mani. Bartolini oggi non ha telefonato nè citofonato, ma aspettando l'arrivo sono andata a tracciare il pacco e ho scoperto alle ore 15.30 che il mio pacco era stato consegnato alle 15.18. Fortunatamente il pacco era ancora nel portone di casa ma era stato forzato da un lato per cercare di vedere se all'interno c'era qualche cosa di valore. Questo è inconcepibile, al che ho provato a contattare direttamente con Bartolini per segnalare l'accaduto, ma ovviamente il sito non ha accettato il mio commento. Questa cosa deve finire, il corrieri devono consegnare nelle mani del destinatario e lo possono fare anche mantenendo la distanza sociale senza nessun problema. Nonostante ci sia un numero di telefono da contattare e questo sia ben scritto sull'insegna..... E tutto questo perché è una consegna di una ditta presso un'altra...... Lunedì chiamerò Mondoffice e farò intervenire loro, chiedendo che vengano eliminati dalla nostra anagrafica...... E pensare che altri corrieri, stesso indirizzo sui pacchi, ci trovano e chiamano al bisogno....... peccato non poter mettere stelle nere The worst courier in circulation ... Due volte mi avete chiamato per verificare a voce l'indirizzo e ho spiegato bene dove sto, e nonostante non avete consegnato il pacho che poi, senza farmelo sapere, avete reso al mittente. In più la pagina "Ritraccia Spedizioni" da seguire con il numero di spedizione è da far ridere! Scritto il 15/4/22: "IN CONSEGNA 14.30 - 16.30" dunque sono rimasta a casa tutto il pomeriggio, ma alle 1800 quando niente è stato consegnato, ho riverificato la pagina e la linea "IN CONSEGNA 14.30 - 16.30" ere stata CANCELLATA ed invece era scritto "14.05 INDIRIZ.INESISTENTE/INCOMPLETO". Quando vi ho parlato il giorno successivo, mi avete promesso che sarebbe consegnato invece il pomeriggio del giorno dopo. Di nuovo, sono rimasta a casa. Niente. Guardo sulla pagina "Ritraccia Spedizioni" ed è scritto "Reso Mittente". Non ordinerò mai più da DECATHLON o da qualsisi altro rivenditore che vi usa. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Più di una volta ho avuto problemi e sempre con loro. Ogni volta che ordino qualcosa spero sempre di non doverlo andare a ritirare nel bar di paese o in qualche negozio perché loro "hanno fretta" e "non c'è la fanno a passare da qui"....ma sarebbe il loro lavoro! Mi è arrivata una mail ed un messaggio che siete passati oggi alle 18.39 e non avete potuto consegnare il pacco perché non c'era nessuno. A me non ha suonato nessuno e sono in casa dalle 17. Poi avete detto che avete messo l'avviso in cassetta. Chi avrebbe aperto il portone se non avete trovato nessuno e le cassette sono all'interno? Mi vergognerei fissi in voi!
