★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein ruhiger und angenehmer Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Dank der Lage im See angenehmes Klima und schöne Landschaft. Saubere kleine Apartments, schöner und großzügiger Pool, nette Gastgeber, die vor Ort sind und sich um alles kümmern. Es ist eine kleine Ferienwohnanlage und auch tagsüber ruhig. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Anlage liegt auf halber Höhe des Inselberges und um sie zu erreichen, muss man vom Hafen Pesciera Maraglia 2,5 km bergauf gehen. Für die Anreise mit Gepäck empfiehlt sich daher, den kostenpflichtigen Shuttle-Service des Hotels zu nutzen. Fahrräder können dort gemietet werden, allerdings ist eine Fahrt bergab (und bergauf!) mit dem Mountainbike nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Für Ausflüge ans Seeufer (öffentlicher Strand mit Picknicktischen, Kiesstrand) geht es ca 1 km bergab. Fazit: Sportliche Gäste können mit dem Fahrrad die Insel erkunden, weniger sportliche Zeitgenossen können spazierengehen und ihre Zeit am Pool verbringen ;-)
 A quiet and pleasant place where you can relax. Thanks to its location in the lake, it has a pleasant climate and beautiful landscape. Clean little apartments, beautiful and spacious pool, nice hosts who are on site and take care of everything. It is a small apartment complex and is also quiet during the day. Small downer: the facility is halfway up the island mountain and to reach it you have to walk 2.5 km uphill from the port of Pesciera Maraglia. For those arriving with luggage, it is therefore advisable to use the hotel's shuttle service, which is subject to a charge. Bicycles can be rented there, but a ride downhill (and uphill!) On a mountain bike is not for everyone. For excursions to the lakeshore (public beach with picnic tables, pebble beach) it is about 1 km downhill. Conclusion: sporty guests can explore the island by bike, less sporty contemporaries can go for a walk and spend their time at the pool ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence molto accogliente, bello, tranquillo, pulito, ottima l'accoglienza, piscina attrezzata con tanti lettini. A due passi dal lago, anche se la strada è un po' ripida, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Spero di ritornarci, anche solo per un week end di totale relax
Very welcoming, beautiful, quiet, clean residence, excellent hospitality, swimming pool equipped with many sunbeds. A stone's throw from the lake, even if the road is a bit steep, but it's really worth it. I hope to return, even if only for a weekend of total relaxation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si vuole staccare la spina e rilassarsi, siete nel posto giusto! Struttura immersa nel verde, appartamenti puliti e dotati di diversi comfort. Inoltre offrono il servizio di noleggio biciclette. Per chi volesse spostarsi con i bus locali è ben collegata. Nelle vicinanze si trova un bar e un minimarket.
Un'altra note di merito va a Fabio ed Eugenio sempre presenti, disponibili e di una cortesia che non si vede tutti i giorni! Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo a chi ha voglia di relax assoluto.
If you want to switch off and relax, you are in the right place! Structure surrounded by greenery, clean apartments equipped with various comforts. They also offer a bicycle rental service. For those wishing to travel by local bus it is well connected. Nearby you will find a bar and a mini market.
Another note of merit goes to Fabio and Eugenio always present, available and with a courtesy that is not seen every day! We will definitely be back and recommend it to those who want absolute relaxation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Residence in otherwise beautyfull Monte Isola. There was absolutely nobody to pick us up from the Harbour. So we had to climb in a crowded bus with heavy luggage.
The caretaker by the name of Pietro was simply not there the day we arrived and the appartement wasn’t cleaned. With a text message He gave us another appartement which was Okay . There were No other guests and the locale were awake of that and were using the pool and making a lot of noise .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 20 people coming over to spend the night at La Perla and the things looked like this:
- we've got no answer from the accomodation until an hour prior arrival.
- NOBODY was waiting for us.
- the room were dirty and filled with spiders
- the rooms were cold and we didn't know how to turn on the heat because NOBODY was there
- we didn't know how to properly extend the sofa to make our own bed so we have to sleep 2 adults in one single bed
- the linen was dirty
- when we showed the owner photos with the dirt he agreed that we shouldn't pay the cleaning fee BUT AFTER A WEEK HE TOOK 100 EUROS FROM OUR CREDIT CARD.
- this was THE WORST accommodation experience we ever had and we're world travels.
- i DON'T RECOMMEND this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with a group of friends at this accomodation, one night (November 4).
First of all, we wrote mails and send calls one day before, but no answer. It's pretty uncomfortable not knowing if you'll have a place to sleep or not on such a small island.
When we got there...nobody was at the hotel. Our rooms were unlocked but not a single person to talk to or to show us how to use the rooms.
The extendable sofa was impossible to figure out so we slept on a mattress at the floor.
The bed linens were dirty. When we called the owner to change them he send a child (who didn't speak any english) to solve the problem.
When we got there it was so cold and the AC is as complicated as the extendable sofa so we spend 2 hours trying to warm the rooms.
There were spiders and spider webs all over the rooms as the hotel wasn't used for a long time.
After all this we had to pay 30 euros/apartament for cleaning.
Why do you need to pay this fee when the rooms are dirty???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice holiday structure, a residence with two floors and a nice swimming pool. The personnel is quite polite, there is a shuttle from the port. There are no resraurants and bars in the complex, but there is a supermarket 5 minutes away. We were pleased to stay there
