R	Regina Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked for one night last minute and still got a room with lake view. The reception was friendly and unconventional. The service and the food at the restaurant are outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered plenty healthy choices. After our bike trip around the lake the owner offered us as space to change our cloths and cool off in the pool. We are looking forward to spending more days at this wonderful place next time.

The breakfast is excellent and in the evening the restaurant of the Hotel Miranda invites you to dine: excellent food, a good wine list and extremely courteous staff. The price / performance ratio is more than fair. I can only recommend this hotel.

They charged us in excess of €100 by mistake and after having discovered this, they tried to talk themselves out of it and refused pay us back for the mistake they had made (even though they themselves acknowledged the mistake and despite us having sent them all the evidence which clearly showed their mistake). We spent about 2 days of our holiday dealing with Miranda's mistake, and trying to resolve this and have ultimately had to file a claim with Booking.com's customer service because they simply did not cooperate. When checking out, we asked clarification on the bill as it was higher than we expected, but they simply justified certain costs on the bill as "supplementi" and "other" without specifying so it was impossible for us to figure it out - do check your bill before checking out at Miranda. This said, the scenery and views are beautiful - but I would imagine they are as beautiful from another hotel. The headache Miranda has caused us certainly ruined a large part of our holiday.

A	Andreas Nobell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel sorry for having to write a 1 star review, but after feeling sick to my stomach after eating the worst risotto with “prawns” (only found 1/3 of a prawn in the whole dish, see picture below) I have ever tasted it is hard to go for two stars even though the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beef morsel get 2 stars, tasting like something I would expect getting from a random restaurant along the highway. The Ravioli with cheese gets 3 stars. But due to the fact that I feel like throwing up 40 minutes after finishing my dinner it is hard to give anything but 1 star in total as I suspect being food poisoned. So stay away from anything with sea food if you plan to eat here. 100 Euro I wish I could get back for me and my friends...

The restaurant was very good and the hotel premise is with its pool and garden were great. The rooms are a bit small but offer a great view over the lake. Can definitely recommend.

Since I started learning Italian just 50 days before the vaccation I still needed to communicate in English almost all the time. This was absolutely no problem, all the staff was able to communicate in English. Also they were very friendly and polite from the very first second on. The room was very nice but also you could hear every word from the neighbours. If you ask the waiter or waitress in the restaurant, they can prepare all food in the menu without meat or fish. And the food is absolutely amazing! We loved it! Also the breakfast is very good. At my husband's birthday we made a reservation for the private spa / sauna. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed having the whole area for ourselfs. Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your hotel. Grazie mille!
