B	Benedetta Pinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso la stanza n.10 quindi monolocale ampio. Scomodo perche si trova su due piani(bagno giù, letto su). Prese per corrente elettrica ovunque, tranne vicino al letto. Personale gentile. Pulizia scadente, vi risparmio i dettagli. Stanza molto calda. Wifi è gratis ma NON FUNZIONANTE in questa camera. Phon non funzionante. Posizione buona. We took room n.10 and therefore a large studio apartment. Uncomfortable because it is on two floors (bathroom down, bed up). Sockets for electricity everywhere, except near the bed. Friendly staff. Poor cleaning, I'll spare you the details. Very hot room. Wifi is free but NOT WORKING in this room. Phon not working. Good location.

Avevamo una stanza lontana dall'edificio principale. Pulizia da migliorare. Divano letto molto vecchio. Acqua al wc non disponibile al ns arrivo. Alcuni letti molto piccoli. Stanza lontana dalla zona colazione (bisognava uscire all'esterno e fare un tratto a piedi tra la neve) Ringrazio per la disponibilità dimostrata, ma credo abbiano ancora molto da investire nella struttura. The staff and owners, all very kind, try very amiably to make up for the shortcomings of the structure. We had a room away from the main building. Cleaning to improve. Very old sofa bed. Water in the toilet not available on our arrival. Some very small beds. Room away from the breakfast area (you had to go outside and walk through the snow) Thank you for your availability, but I think they still have a lot to invest in the structure.

Posto auto all’aperto (sotto la neve e in mezzo la terra) L’appartamento 2O anni fa poteva andare bene, ma bisogna che la proprietà sappia che le strutture, se le fai pagare, vanno ristrutturate… non c’era un muro ben messo e un solo metro in tutto l’appartamento che poteva essere considerato confortevole … Il problema del sud è proprio questo …. Prendere in giro le persone !!! Old and dated structure The friendly and polite staff do not make up for the lack of services ... Poor breakfast! Outdoor parking space (under the snow and in the middle of the earth) The apartment 2O years ago could have been fine, but the property must know that the facilities, if you charge them, need to be renovated ... there was no wall well placed and only one meter in the whole apartment that could be considered comfortable ... Volendo essere precisini, nel monolocale col divano letto aperto resta poco spazio, ma noi siamo rientrati solo per dormire. Un ringraziamento particolare ai titolari, che ci sono venuti incontro su ogni esigenza, anche di notte. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Well organized, clean, almost central area, ample free parking with video surveillance, excellent breakfast. Wanting to be precise, there is little space left in the studio with the sofa bed open, but we only went back to sleep. A special thanks to the owners, who came to meet us on every need, even at night. We will definitely be going back.
