Lo consiglio è lo ricorderò sempre come un luogo piacevole I lived here for 3 years, I was sorry not just having to leave such a pleasant environment ... Sergio, Maria and all the staff will miss me. Sono situate nel centro del nuovo quartiere di Commenda di Rende adiacenti sia al campo sportivo che al supermercato despar. Grande parcheggio recintato per i clienti. Buona la permanenza. Consigliati They are furnished mini homes used for long stays in rent. They are located in the center of the new district of Commenda di Rende adjacent to both the sports field and the despar supermarket. Large enclosed parking for customers. Good stay. recommended

Parco auto chiuso a appartamenti di tutte le misure. Se state pensando di affittare casa anche per lunghi periodi dalla esperienza che avuto c'è lo consiglio vivamente Residence for short and long stays beautiful Commenda district of Rende. Friendly and always available staff. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Car park closed to apartments of all sizes. If you are thinking of renting a home even for long periods of time from the experience you had there I highly recommend it

Il materasso, vecchio, era infestato da cimici dei letti. Al far notare lo spiacevole fatto all'addetto alla manutenzione, sono stato liquidato con un tono minaccioso e fuori luogo. Alla mia intimazione di una chiamata all'ufficio d'igiene, mi è stato assegnato un nuovo monolocale, con piatto doccia che si allagava fino a far allagare il pavimento del bagno. Problema che non è stato risolto per la totalità della mia permanenza. Le pulizie previste nella tariffa non sono state effettuate neanche una volta in un mese, a detta loro perchè "c'è il COVID"!?! Mi è stato negato un rimborso, anche parziale. Diffidare. Bad experience. I rented a studio apartment for a month at the "modest" price of € 500 (out of the market on Rende). The old mattress was infested with bed bugs. When I pointed out the unpleasant fact done to the maintenance worker, I was dismissed in a threatening and out of place tone. To my intimation of a call to the hygiene office, I was assigned a new studio apartment, with a shower tray that flooded to flood the bathroom floor. Problem that has not been resolved for the whole of my stay. The cleanings provided in the rate were not carried out even once in a month, according to them because "there is the COVID"!?! I was denied a refund, even partial. Be wary.

No te ofrecen los servicios que se incluyen en el precio. I put one star because you can't put 0 stars. There is no wifi in the rooms, you have to pay for it. They do not offer you the services that are included in the price.
