★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto organizzata, appartenenti recentemente ristrutturati, comodi e funzionali ad un passo dal mare. Carlotta ci ha accolti con grande garbo e professionalità, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.
 Very organized structure, belonging recently renovated, comfortable and functional one step away from the sea. Carlotta greeted us with great grace and professionalism, made us feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti in ottima posizione,luminosi e molto spaziosi, la pulizia è sicuramente eccellente, l' ombrellone vicino alla passerella è una gran comodità, soprattutto e non solo, per chi ha il passeggino.
Personalmente consiglio i piani più alti da dove si riesce a vedere il mare.
Apartments in an excellent position, bright and very spacious, the cleanliness is certainly excellent, the umbrella near the walkway is a great convenience, above all and not only for those who have a stroller.
Personally I recommend the higher floors from where you can see the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отдыхали с семьёй в июне 2017 г. Трое взрослых и ребёнок 1.8 года. Прекрасное место во всех отношениях. Море в шаговой доступности, рядом небольшой супермаркет, много очень хороших ресторанов. Мария-Виктория и её дочь Карлотта прекрасные хозяйки. Всегда помогут, если возникают какие-то вопросы. Квартира очень аккуратная и чистая. По запросу предоставили кровать для дочки. Также приятным сюрпризом было наличие стула для кормления.
Vacationing with family in June 2017 Three adults and a child 1.8 years old. Great place in every way. The sea is within walking distance, near a small supermarket, many very good restaurants. Maria Victoria and her daughter Carlotta are wonderful hostesses. They will always help if you have any questions. The apartment is very neat and clean. A bed for my daughter was provided upon request. Also a pleasant surprise was the presence of a feeding chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il residence si trova in pieno centro città, a due passi dal mare ma anche dai vari negozi e ristoranti.
Oltre alla posizione comodissima gli appartamenti sono molto curati e perfettamente sanificati.
Siamo stati accolti da un personale veramente disponibile, gentile e presente per qualsiasi nostra esigenza.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il fatto che si possa accedere al bar sottostante per la colazione, che può essere tradizionale ma anche con alternative diverse dalla solita brioches.
The residence is located in the city center, a stone's throw from the sea but also from various shops and restaurants.
In addition to the convenient location, the apartments are well-kept and perfectly sanitized.
We were greeted by really helpful, kind and available staff for any of our needs.
We also really appreciated the fact that you can access the bar below for breakfast, which can be traditional but also with alternatives other than the usual brioches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location Eccezionale, letteralmente a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e nel Cru di Jesolo lido.
Struttura gestita in maniera impeccabile da tutti i punti di vista:
- Appartamenti estremamente curati e con tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno.
- Pulizia eccelente di qualunque superfice
- Personale sempre presente ed estremamente cortese.
Si tratta di un ambiente a gestione famigliare e l impressione è proprio quella di essere in famiglia.
Ottima anche la possibilità di poter accedere al locale ( di recente ristrutturazione ed apertura ) sottostante per le colazioni! Proposte alternative e davvero interessanti. Da provare!
Per un soggiorno a Jesolo assolutamente un MUST!
Exceptional Location, literally 2 steps from the beach and in the Cru di Jesolo lido.
Structure managed in an impeccable way from all points of view:
- Extremely well-kept apartments with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.
- Excellent cleaning of any surface
- Staff always present and extremely courteous.
It is a family-run environment and the impression is that of being in the family.
Also excellent is the possibility of being able to access the restaurant (recently renovated and opened) below for breakfast! Alternative and really interesting proposals. To try!
For a stay in Jesolo absolutely a MUST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' stato un soggiorno ottimo. Accoglienza, pulizia, confort, tutto ad ottimi livelli. Nell' appartamento non manca nulla, massima cura in ogni particolare. La terrazza dell' attico è un incanto, fronte mare.
Graditissimo il Kit di accoglienza: bevande, prima colazione, caffè, spaghetti e ragù, e una bottiglia di prosecco per brindare. Biancheria per la casa pulitissima e profumata. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
It was a great stay. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, all at excellent levels. Nothing is missing in the apartment, maximum attention to every detail. The terrace of the attic is an enchantment, facing the sea.
The welcome kit is very welcome: drinks, breakfast, coffee, spaghetti and ragù, and a bottle of prosecco to toast. Very clean and fragrant household linen. We will definitely be back.
