Avendo una bimba di due mesi e mezzo, si pensava ad una vacanza spensierata. Prossima volta speriamo meglio! Am nächsten Tag als ich dort noch mal wegen dem selben Angebot anrief schickte die liebe Dame mir gleich ein Angebot das um 150 Euro teuerer war! Und das was das selbe! Ich finde es eine Unverschämtheit! Habe ihr auch gesagt das das gar nicht in Ordnung ist .Doch Kundenzufriedenheit interessiert Sie sehr wenig. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Es wurde alles ohne Hektik und sehr freundlich erklärt. Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Würde jederzeit wieder meinen Urlaub über diese Agentur buchen. Highly recommended agency. Were welcomed in a friendly way even though we were 1 hour. arrived too early and the employees actually still had a break. Everything was explained without hectic and in a very friendly manner. Apartment was very nice and clean. Would book my vacation through this agency again at any time.
