Il personale dell'agenzia si è dimostrato fin da subito cordiale e disponibile nell'assisterci in tutte le nostre necessità. Soggiorno splendido, torneremo sicuramente! I stayed for a week in an apartment in Centromare in Piazza Mazzini, finding it much more serviced and welcoming than the average of the apartments I have been able to rent in the past few years. The agency's staff proved immediately friendly and helpful in assisting us in all our needs. Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

The boys of the agency are super helpful and ready to let you live a summer experience in Jesolo with flakes. I booked my holidays with them for several years and always found clean and well-appointed apartments, where the photos on the site represented reality. Highly recommended!
G	Gualtiero Ghidoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In fase di prenotazione abbiamo chiesto di avere (a pagamento) un posto in più per spiaggia e parcheggio. La risposta dell'agenzia è stata "questi sono i numeri di telefono del bagnino e del parcheggio". Avevamo il check in dalle 16,ma siamo arrivati di mattina e abbiamo chiesto se potevamo avere in anticipo il parcheggio e la spiaggia. Il parcheggio ci è stato fornito dopo due ore. Per la spiaggia abbiamo dovuto attendere il tardo pomeriggio perdendo di fatto tutto il primo giorno. Arrivati all'appartamento abbiamo trovato nell'ordine: 1) il secchio con l'acqua usata per pulire in mezzo alla stanza 2) macchie di sporco in terra 3) un calzino e fazzoletti di carta sul divano. Abbiamo dovuto quindi ripulire tutto l'appartamento. Inoltre anche le condizioni dell'appartamento non erano delle migliori (letti scomodi, doghe smontate, maniglie delle porte che si staccano). Ultima cosa: sul sito era indicata la presenza di un forno che in appartamento non c'era. Sembra quindi che l'unico servizio fornito dall'agenzia sia quello di prendere i soldi e fornire le chiavi. Tanto vale prenotare tramite Booking... At the time of booking we asked to have (for a fee) an extra place for beach and parking. The agency's response was "these are the lifeguard and parking phone numbers". We had check in from 4pm, but we arrived in the morning and asked if we could have parking and the beach in advance. Parking was provided to us after two hours. For the beach we had to wait for the late afternoon, actually losing the whole day. Arrived at the apartment we found in the order: 1) the bucket with water used to clean in the middle of the room 2) dirt stains on the ground 3) a sock and tissues on the sofa. We then had to clean up the entire apartment. Furthermore, the condition of the apartment was not the best (uncomfortable beds, disassembled staves, door handles that come off). Last thing: on the site was indicated the presence of an oven that was not in the apartment. It therefore appears that the only service provided by the agency is to take the money and provide the keys. You might as well book through Booking ...

Non hanno voluto prendersi le loro responsabilità! Poco professionali e per nulla affidabili. Sconsigliato assolutamente soprattutto se si viaggia con bambini. Bad experience! We paid for not getting what we were entitled to! We asked for feedback and they abandoned us to the problem. They didn't want to take their responsibilities! Unprofessional and not at all reliable. Absolutely not recommended especially if you are traveling with children.
