★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sauberes grosses Appartement, alles Recht neu. Wände allerdings sehr hellhörig. Matratzen brauchen aber italienisches Bettzeug, unsere deutschen Spannbettlaken hatten nicht gepasst.
WLAN ist unbrauchbar, permanente Verbindungsabbrüche.
Pool ist ein Witz, keine Liegen und kein Schatten (im August).
Insg. aber eine Empfehlung wegen Preis/Leistung.
 Very clean, large apartment, all fairly new. Walls, however, very badly soundproofed. But mattresses need Italian bedding, our German fitted sheets did not fit.
WLAN is unusable, permanent disconnections.
Pool is a joke, no loungers and no shade (in August).
Total but a recommendation because of price / performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pohodlný apartmán pro 7 osob.Výborně vybaven, včetně kuchyně. Bezvadný je i bazén v 1. patře. Výtah z podzemní garáže přišel vhod při příjezdu a odjezdu. I při nákupech. Pláž opravdu kousek. Vstup do može je velmi pozvolný, tedy vhodný jak pro malé děti, tak i pro neplavce. Super promenáda při moři do centra obchodů a restaurací. Cestou narazíte na několik historických památek.
Very comfortable apartment for 7 people. Excellently equipped, including kitchen. The swimming pool on the 1st floor is also perfect. The elevator from the underground garage came in handy on arrival and departure. Even when shopping. The beach is really a short walk. The entrance to the sea is very gradual, ie suitable for both small children and non-swimmers. Super promenade by the sea to the center of shops and restaurants. Along the way you will come across several historical monuments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný, čistý, nový apartmán...Překvapení bylo, že nechtěli vratnou kauci a za povlečení méně peněz než psala Ck. Apartmán byl po příchodu čistý a voňavý.1 role toaletního papíru a sada do kuchyně ( malý jar, houbička, hadry a utěrka) bylo překvapení, brali jsme vše s sebou. Apartmán pro 5 osob -Měli jsme dva balkony, ale Maličké, tak pro 2 osoby na sezení. Není varná konvice, ale nevadilo, Pračka by byla super, jen my ani naši spolucestující vedle na pokoji, jsme nepřišli jak prádlo vyždímat do sucha..a na pláži jsme slyšeli, že měl někdo stejný problém. Pláž kousek, k apartmánu je jeden slunečník a 2 lehátka. Kousek (cca700 m) obchod Famila, koupíte vše na co si vzpomenete. A naproti rezidenci restaurace. Do centra kousíček. Celkově hodnotím na 1*.
Beautiful, clean, new apartment ... The surprise was that they did not want a refundable deposit and less money for bed linen than Ck. The apartment was clean and fragrant upon arrival.1 a roll of toilet paper and a set for the kitchen (small jar, sponge, rags and tea towel) was a surprise, we took everything with us. Apartment for 5 people -We had two balconies, but Tiny, so for 2 people to sit. There is no kettle, but it didn't matter, the washing machine would be great, only we and our fellow passengers in the room, we didn't come to dry the laundry ... and on the beach we heard that someone had the same problem. A short walk to the beach, the apartment has one parasol and 2 sun loungers. Not far (approx. 700 m) Famila shop, you can buy everything you can think of. And opposite the restaurant residence. A little to the center. Overall rated at 1 *.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una settimana di vacanza ad inizio luglio. All'arrivo paghiamo il saldo, ci danno le chiavi ed arrivederci. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi dove era l'appartamento e dove il posto auto.
L'appartamento è di finiture recenti e sarebbe pure abbastanza bello, buona posizione ed ottimo il posto auto coperto e riservato. Buono anche il kit di benvenuto con qualche strofinaccio ed un mini detersivo per i piatti. Le dotazioni sarebbero buone però... Cucina con molte stoviglie sporche (esempio grattugia con ancora il formaggio incrostato). Fornello a gas non del tutto funzionante, un fuoco bloccato ed anche l'accensione. Senza un accendigas nostro si faceva dieta. Bello avere il climatizzatore compreso, peccato non poterlo tenere acceso di notte per quanto rumore faccia. Pulizia in generale, anche visto il periodo, non buona. 2 giorni per vedere pulite delle zanzare spiaccicate da qualcuno nell'ascensore.
Fono della doccia con muffa e che non sta su, letti a dir poco scandalosi da quanto sono scomodi (sento ancora i ferri sulle mie costole).
Inoltre 30€ per 3 set asciugamani e lenzuola a noleggio, mi sarei aspettato che non fossero a livello di stracci per pulire.
A week's vacation in early July. Upon arrival we pay the balance, give us the keys and goodbye. We had to ask ourselves where the apartment was and where the parking space.
The apartment is of recent finishes and it would also be quite nice, good location and excellent covered and reserved parking space. The welcome kit is also good with some dish towels and a mini dish detergent. The amenities would be good though ... Kitchen with many dirty dishes (eg grater with still encrusted cheese). Gas stove not fully functional, a blocked fire and also the ignition. Without our gas lighter we went on a diet. Nice to have the air conditioning included, too bad you can't keep it on at night no matter how loud it makes. Cleanliness in general, even given the period, not good. 2 days to see clean mosquitoes squashed by someone in the elevator.
Shower head with mold and not standing up, beds scandalous to say the least by how uncomfortable they are (I still feel the irons on my ribs).
Also € 30 for 3 sets of towels and sheets for hire, I would have expected them not to be at the level of cleaning rags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazioso residence, con piscina, child e pet friendly, ascensore, garage, stanze ariose, tranquillo, il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi, il mare a 5 minuti. L' agenzia responsabile è seria e cortese. Vicino c'è un grande supermercato dove si trova tutto e tanti bei baretti e ristorantini. Io ci torno volentieri ogni anno! Molto consigliato!
Nice residence, with swimming pool, child and pet friendly, lift, garage, airy rooms, quiet, the center is 10 minutes away on foot, the sea 5 minutes away. The responsible agency is serious and courteous. Nearby there is a large supermarket where you can find everything and many nice little bars and restaurants. I gladly go back every year! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (family 2+2) were there twice in 2016 and 2017. Nice apartment, very good furniture, and beds. The apartment has climatization, kitchen, safe doors washing machine. It was clean, and the staff was amicable.
