★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no place for cooking, and the funny thing there is only one fridge for the all hostel guests. If you luckily succeed to put something inside the fridge, you will never see it again in half an hour. There is a camera looking to the direction of the fridge and I asked for the receptionist to take action about it since it was happening to me every day but he didn’t do anything. Everything in the showers is broken and not clean.
On the other side, beds were comfortable that made the hostel to deserve 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. Cleaning is done properly and daily in time. Staffs are polite and helpful. One chair was broken and they replaced it quickly. The staffs respond to every query politely. One request to the host is to change the blanket covers after every person checks out. I observed they are changing the sheets and pillow cover but not the blanket covers. This makes it unhygienic. I used my own blanket that I carried. Also the hostel has a smoking problem. They allow people to smoke in the common area. Otherwise everything else about the stay was superb. Would prefer a stay again if I visited Milan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place in Milano, beds full of bed bugs, I got bitten several times ak over my body. When I complain to the staff, they mention that the boss will contact me in the future to fix it. It never happened. Do not recommended

Booked it using booking.com.
Very easy to find as just beside a main road
Staffs are realy co-operative and friendly.
Room was neat and clean, big enough for 2 person.
Hope they will increase the quality of the washroom. Apart from that everything is quite well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair good service and cleaness, some facilities may be old or broken but the staff are kind and helpful. Keys for room and cardboard are provided to ensure the security. The type of bunk bed enables some personal pravicy for your stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 socket in whole room. Absolutely, ridiculous for this day and age. Imagine trying to charge 2 peoples' phones and laptop too. Why would you even have a double room with 1 wall socket??? ? The room was also 1 with accessible toilets without all the accessibility tools - the WC was way higher than the average but with step/stool to get on. People struggled to sit on the loo.
