A	Anjoli Ifyouknowyouknow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this place, but first night we came with mama and she didn't want to stay because they couldn't get us all in same room because they made a mistake, so we went and got her a hotel. We paid for 2 nights and we came backk next afternoon and couldn't remember code to room and the host said we checked out yesterday even though we were set for 2 days and mind u we never told them we were checking out because we were coming back. Basically he told us we dis t have it for 2 nights and he rented out our two rooms we paid over 200 euros for and would not refund us. I would not stay here as they aren't honest people.
A	Ana Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my stay at Ostelzzz. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. My cabins was clean and cozy, the mattress was comfortable. The cabin also had a locker to keep my stuff safe, and electric outlets to charge my phone. The location was great. Very unique hostel, 100% recommend.
S	Sara Setas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is an absurd for the facilities. I'm not going to say that it's very bad but for what you pay they could at least clean the bathrooms. They have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with SOUND ISOLATION!!! We stayed in a cabin in a room and everything was so noisy that any move would make anyone in the room wake up. There were holes in the bed sheets. The bathroom cleaning was so poor and the toilet utilities did not work properly. For this value(64€/night) you can find much better!
L	Livia Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. The staff is brilliant, nice, smiley and friendly, definitely they made the difference in our experience here. They had no problem in organising a early check-in for us and hold our bags for free after checkout. The breakfast is great and complete. The cabins are good and clean.

Rooms ( Small Cabinets ) were extremely hot, the Whole room was unconditioned ( No AC ), and considering the Milan can reach up to 30° C, sleeping in a small unvented AND un-air-conditioned Cabinets is Impossible. Aside from that, the atmosphere and the whole lobby settings were just wonderful. They offer free-to-play Ping-Pong Table and discounted electric scooters. One last issue, providing 2 towels for each guest would really go a long way instead of offering one to each. Living in a hostel can be a really affordable, and its a great way to meet other people, but this should come in without sacrificing the basic needs of a normal human being! Bottom Line: Provide AC to the room where the Cabinets are placed, and Ostelzzz would be the first choice of many.

The location is close to both train, metro and great shopping stores. There’s a proper kitchen on the second floor and you can enter the room using your fingerprint.
L	Leandro de Paula Andrade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the ideia of private "containers", which gives you more privacy and security, with your own security code (the needless use of keys is also amazing). But, because they are metal, the containers often make some noises when you walk inside it, and this can bother other guests at night for example. The beds were comfortable and it all looked very clean. The bathroom inside the room was also clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. The free breakfast was good with several options.
B	Becca Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hostel I’ve stayed at! It’s not the fanciest but the capsule concept gives you maximum privacy even though you’re in a shared room. It’s very clean, and the staff are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is good and it’s a great location, easy access to public transport. Only downsides are that the fitted sheet came off the mattress because it was a bit small and the capsules do allow noise to get through the walls, but I was able to sleep great (and much better than in other hostels where the beds are in the open). Great stay for the price!
