V	Veronica Spadoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il residence del Frate è un posto speciale: la residenza, con il suo splendido parco e le belle stanze , è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere la vecchiaia in un clima sereno , accuditi da uno staff professionale e molto affiatato. Ma questo non basta per spiegare come mai questo luogo è così speciale. La verità è che si entra alla residenza come ospiti ma in poco tempo si diventa parte di una famiglia numerosa e accogliente. Ho frequentato la residenza durante la permanenza della mia zia che andavo a trovare spesso: le OSS, le infermiere, il personale della cucina ( si mangia divinamente!) e soprattutto gli stessi proprietari e gestori della casa di riposo si occupano veramente di tutti gli ospiti con amorevole cura. Porterò un bellissimo ricordo di tutti loro e soprattutto consiglierò senza alcun dubbio la residenza a chiunque abbia la necessità di passare gli anni della vecchiaia in un luogo accogliente , bello, ospitale e con la garanzia di un servizio eccellente e di qualità . The residence of the Frate is a special place: the residence, with its splendid park and beautiful rooms, is the perfect place to spend old age in a serene atmosphere, cared for by a professional and very close-knit staff. But this is not enough to explain why this place is so special. The truth is that one enters the residence as guests but in a short time one becomes part of a large and welcoming family. I attended the residence during the stay of my aunt who I often went to visit: the OSS, the nurses, the kitchen staff (we eat divinely!) And above all the owners and managers of the rest home really take care of all the guests with loving care. I will bring a wonderful memory of all of them and above all I will definitely recommend the residence to anyone who needs to spend the years of old age in a welcoming, beautiful, hospitable place and with the guarantee of an excellent and quality service.

Oltre ad essere un ambiente molto ben organizzato, pulitissimo, cucina a livello di buon ristorante, intrattenimento per gli ospiti e supporto medico 24/24 riesce a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria. Ricordo come spesso mia madre mi dicesse: oggi non avevo voglia di uscire e sono stata in casa. Il personale è efficiente e gentile. Un luogo di cui conserverò un buon ricordo e che conto di utilizzare per me quando dovrò averne bisogno Roberto Saracco my mom used this facility in two periods. A	Angelo Pilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi due mesi ho potuto constatare di persona, per aver inserito mia suocera, quanto di bello ha questa struttura, a conduzione familiare, che tratta i propri ospiti come se fossero della loro famiglia. La professionalità del personale sanitario e parasanitario nonché di tutto quello addetto ai servizi, è encomiabile. A tutto ciò si aggiunge il rapporto bellissimo che si instaura con i parenti. Mi spiace che purtroppo la vita di mia suocera non sia stata sufficientemente lunga per poter apprezzare anche la gestione post COVID ma posso affermare con certezza, perché ho avuto modo di conoscere a fondo la famiglia Ponte/Bertolone, che questa RSA è una delle eccellenze nell’assistenza agli anziani, di tutto il Canavese. To all this is added the beautiful relationship that is established with relatives. I'm sorry that unfortunately my mother-in-law's life was not long enough to be able to appreciate the post-COVID management too but I can say with certainty, because I got to know the Ponte / Bertolone family in depth, that this RSA is one of the excellences in assistance to the elderly throughout the Canavese area.
