★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nei 2 mesi di soggiorno di nostra zia di 90 anni, abbiamo trovato competenza e cortesia.
Buona organizzazione in connubio con personale e dirigenti umani.
In aggiunta la location consta di un castello ben ristrutturato negli interni e negli spazi esterni (ottimo esempio di recupero del bene storico con finalità sociale) dove gli ospiti possono muoversi agevolmente e le stanze e gli ambienti sono sempre puliti e ben riscaldati.
 In the 2 months of our 90 year old aunt's stay, we found competence and courtesy.
Good organization in combination with human staff and managers.
In addition, the location consists of a castle well restored in the interior and in the outdoor spaces (excellent example of recovery of the historical asset for social purposes) where guests can move easily and the rooms and rooms are always clean and well heated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se è stata breve la presenza di mio padre, in questa struttura, abbiamo ritrovato un luogo dolce e curato nei mimini dettagli così come i loro collaboratori. Un grazie speciale da parte di mio papà per esservi presi cura di lui a livello umano ed infermieristico. È stato sempre costante il confronto ospedaliero-casa di riposo sinergico e al servizio del bene del paziente. Senza trascurare l'attenzione della cara Brunella che ha speso il suo tempo per donare un sorriso e un pensiero a noi familiari, con videochiamate quotidiane,, dato il periodo storico.
La sinergia trovata fa ben capire la presenza di una direttrice sempre attenta e professionalmente preparata, Francesca Hengel la quale ci ha accolto senza nessuna esitazione di fronte alla gravità e complessa malattia di mio papà.

Even if my father's presence in this structure was brief, we found a sweet place with attention to the smallest details as well as their collaborators. A special thank you from my dad for taking care of him on a human and nursing level. The comparison between hospital and nursing home has always been constant in synergy and at the service of the patient's good. Without neglecting the attention of dear Brunella who spent her time to give a smile and a thought to us familiar, with daily video calls, given the historical period.
The synergy found makes us understand the presence of an always attentive and professionally prepared director, Francesca Hengel who welcomed us without any hesitation in the face of my father's serious and complex illness.
