★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura con personale valido e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti ,purtroppo non confermo la stessa opinione rispetto la dirigente che in occasione del ritiro degli indumenti di un mio caro deceduto non ha avuto alcun rispetto e non si è neanche fatta lo scrupolo di fare le condoglianze.Per fare questo lavoro bisogna avere empatia ....una struttura per anziani deve essere guidata da direttrici o direttori più attenti ....diventiamo tutti anziani e dovremmo essere più composti al cospetto della morte di chiunque ....Elisa oss della struttura persona meravigliosa ,grazie per tutto quello che ha fatto ...
Structure with valid staff and attentive to the needs of the guests, unfortunately I do not confirm the same opinion with respect to the manager who on the occasion of the withdrawal of the clothes of a deceased loved one did not have any respect and did not even scruple to offer condolences. To do this job you need to have empathy .... a structure for the elderly must be led by more attentive managers or directors ... we all become elderly and we should be more composed in the presence of anyone's death ....
