SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Professional staff, but the management is really bad, especially the manager is rude, arrogant and thanks to her behavior I had to take away my dear aunt. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Purtroppo dobbiamo segnalare che ci sono stati diversi disservizi e anomalie aggravate successivamente dallo stato di emergenza del covid. In particolare evidenzio molta burocrazia e poca attenzione all'aspetto umano verso gli ospiti e i loro parenti. Dopo 2 anni siamo stati costretti a cambiare struttura. A family member of ours has been at the San Francesco facility for about 2 years. Unfortunately we must point out that there have been several inefficiencies and anomalies subsequently aggravated by the state of emergency of the covid. In particular, I highlight a lot of bureaucracy and little attention to the human aspect towards guests and their relatives. After 2 years we were forced to change the structure.

Non posso sapere come sono trattati gli ospiti all'interno della struttura in quanto la direzione (rapporti umani uguali a zero) mi ha concesso una visita a condizioni inaccettabili che ovviamente ho rifiutato. Desideravo solo verificare personalmente la situazione di salute di mia madre ma non ci sono riuscito. Bad personal experience. I cannot know how guests are treated inside the structure as the management (human relations equal to zero) granted me a visit on unacceptable conditions which I obviously refused. I just wanted to personally check my mother's health situation but I couldn't.

Stai colando a picco te e la struttura che qualche matto ti ha dato in gestione! Anziché prenderti cura del personale e degli ospiti PAGANTI, sprechi le risorse per fare le recensioni! Here we have arrived at pure madness! There is no point in making fake reviews! You are sinking you and the structure that some crazy person gave you in management! Instead of taking care of the PAYING staff and guests, you waste resources doing reviews!

Il Covid non ha aiutato i contatti, ma si trova bene nella residenza e lo staff infermieristico è valido. I buoni rapporti per ora telefonici con il resto dello staff permettono alla mia famiglia di essere tranquilla. Consiglierei più visibilità con la videochiamata. Grazie My relative is a resident of this historic structure in Novara. Covid did not help with contacts, but he is comfortable in the residence and the nursing staff is good. The good telephone relations with the rest of the staff for now allow my family to be calm. I would recommend more visibility with video calling. Thank you
