A distanza di un mese ancora non mi sanno dire quando lo sistemeranno. Rimandano di settimana in settimana senza che nulla accada. Assolutamente da non acquistare. New induction hob, the keyboard does not work. Their technician made the inspection by noting the defect on January 15th. A month later they still can not tell me when they will fix it. Io li consiglio a tutti facciamo vedere al mondo che oltre a fare ottimi prodotti sappiamo anche scegliere e non farci condizionare da pubblicità e credenze varie. Prodotto pressoché perfetto. R	Rita Mion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza deludente, ho un problema con le cerniere del forno acquistato 8 anni fa, il centro di assistenza chiamato più volte non mi ha dato risposta, mi sono rivolta alla ditta che mi ha comunicato che l'articolo non è più in produzione e non hanno cerniere compatibili !! liquidata con velocità!! Una fabbrica Spa che in un ufficio tecnico non riescono a trovare una scheda tecnica del forno.....così oltre a cambiare forno devo cambiare anche il piano cottura!! Disappointing experience, I have a problem with the hinges of the oven purchased 8 years ago, the assistance center called several times did not give me an answer, I contacted the company that informed me that the item is no longer in production and they do not have compatible hinges !! liquidated with speed !! A Spa factory that in a technical office cannot find a technical sheet of the oven ..... so in addition to changing the oven I also have to change the hob !!

Sono 5 mesi che telefono e scrivo, non c'è risposta né soluzione. Vergogna! Sooo disappointing product and company, no seriousness !!! gas comes out of my parents' hob continuously, the danger is very high if by chance they forget to turn off the gas tap. I have been calling and writing for 5 months, there is no answer or solution. Shame!
K	Keytech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un forno da 90 e un piano cottura da 90 nemmeno 1 anno fa...che dire, il piano cottura penso sia progettato per chi a casa non cucina, già è tutto rovinato a cominciare dall'acciaio che è risultato veramente scadente, si graffia solo a guardarlo, il forno si è guastato, sto ancora aspettando il tecnico che mi ripara il forno perché l'azienda non manda il pezzo di ricambio, già sono passati due mesi, se provo a chiamare in azienda non rispondono mai, quasi impossibile parlare con loro, se ci riesci ti dicono che erano in riunione...serietà zero! Ovviamente non comprerò mai più un qualsiasi elettrodomestico della loro marca se questi sono i risultati. Spero di non dover richiedere assistenza perché sennò mi tocca aspettare una vita prima di riavere in funzione l'elettrodomestico che ho profumatamente pagato!!! K	Kay Creighton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Verona 48" range that came new with my remodeled home. Within 3 years I was unable to get parts. The distributor in NY even can't get parts I've needed. I have to basically scrap this range. A manufacturer shouldn't be allowed to not carry parts. That's crazy. They should carry parts for at least 10 - 20 years upon manufacture. I will never buy a Smalvic brand appliance again and warn you not to. p.s. I even tried to order parts directly in Italy (my husband is Italian from Rome and speaks fluent Italian) but they had very few parts in the warehouse The person on the phone had to actually go look - nothing in the computer. Disorganized and unprofessional company. Buyer Beware.
