Che cambino lavoro se non sono capaci ad avere a che fare con persone sole e deboli e disagiate bad structure, to open you up they put a life, a personal that cannot be found. Con la scusa delle regole anti-Covid tengono a debita distanza la famiglia che invece è la miglior cura prima delle medicine. Non avvisano prontamente in caso di aggravamento del proprio congiunto, neanche addirittura se viene trasportato in Pronto Soccorso! Ha dell'incredibile!!! Fanno vivere con amarezza e disagio chi non può far visita ai propri cari. Hanno molto da lavorare sulla vicinanza e sull'accoglienza alle famiglie, ma anche sulla personalizzazione dei singoli malati sapendo che non sono tutti uguali e che si deve distinguere caso x caso...
