★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima soluzione per lunghi soggiorni, ho vissuto lì tre anni per motivi di lavoro e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Struttura accogliente, personale di reception e della struttura molto professionale. La struttura è ben collegata con tram che portano in stazione centrale o in zona università Sapienza, o con fermate autobus che collegano sia a linea metro A che B.
 Excellent solution for long stays, I lived there for three years for work reasons and I have always enjoyed it. Welcoming structure, very professional reception and structure staff. The structure is well connected by trams that take you to the central station or to the Sapienza university area, or with bus stops that connect to both metro lines A and B.

Ottimi servizi di reception, camere accessoriate, pulizia e cambio lenzuola settimanale, ritiro pacchi comodissimo e caffetteria adiacente. Nel quartiere c'è di tutto a pochi passi!
I have often chosen this structure for short stays, but I am experiencing it with satisfaction even for a longer stay.
Excellent reception services, equipped rooms, weekly cleaning and linen change, convenient package collection and adjacent cafeteria. In the neighborhood there is everything within walking distance!

Excellent find in 2012 and since then every time I come to Rome I stay here. Excellent cleaning friendly and helpful staff honest prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifi dies randomly and there are only two laundry machines for the entire building. One of the machines does not even work properly. The cleaning service is fantastic and the rooms are also very nice. However, the communication with the staff is not so great - I was not informed that I would have a roommate. Additionally, the doors inside the apartment di not have locks.
