★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence pendant 4 jours. Un lieu agréable et tranquille. Un beau petit cottage ainsi qu’une cour intérieure très agréable. Le personnel de l’accueil est très gentil et accueillant. La propriétaire nous a d’ailleurs aidé sur différents points comme les transports, la restauration. Au premier abord la résidence semble loin du centre mais le lieu est bien desservi par le métro C qui permet d’aller partout.

 We stayed at this residence for 4 days. A pleasant and peaceful place. A beautiful little cottage as well as a very pleasant interior courtyard. The reception staff are very nice and welcoming. The owner also helped us on various points such as transport, catering. At first glance, the residence seems far from the center, but the place is well served by the C metro which allows you to go everywhere.

Dirty and cramped smelly room. We would have to disinfect everything including the duvet cover. Hysterical bath. Extremely bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B perfetto per chi non vuole allontanarsi troppo dal centro e allo stesso tempo, godersi una serata in un locale. Nonostante sia un quartiere vivo, non è una zona rumorosa. Camere pulite e prezzi economici. Consigliato!
Perfect B&B for those who do not want to go too far from the center and at the same time enjoy an evening in a club. Despite being a lively neighborhood, it is not a noisy area. Clean rooms and cheap prices. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our host Linda was very kind and helpful, she gave clear directions for us to make our way to the coloseum and other attractions, she also gave several suggestions on where to get food. Linda was happy to make sure we had all that we needed for am enjoyable trip. The room is located roughly 2 miles east of the coloseum, which is a walk we had no problem taking, but there is also a bus, tram, and subway system that will get you to most, if not all major attractions. The room was comfortable and very homey, we had a pleasant view of an urban residential area and could hear the bells of a church one block down each morning. I was very happy with my stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually stay in the centre of Rome and pay three times the price, okay it isn't five star hotel BUT if you want somewhere really cost effective and close to Rome this is prefect. It's in a suburb called Pigneto which is easily reached by the new underground - line C. Al you have to do is take the metro line A from Termini and change at San Giovanni to The brand new line C. It literally takes just half an hour from Termini including the metro change.
The staff are really wonderful and cannot do enough to to help you, the room was clean and tidy and I felt very safe there. It was also SO quiet, there is a fantastic bar called Necci just twenty steps away and they do wonderful food and coffee also you can walk into a very lively area with lots of bars and resteraunts.
You have everything you need in your room, a good shower, clean good bedding and a small kitchen area to cook if you want to.
On my return I took the tram straight into Rome termini which only took 20 minutes, give it a try it's really good value for money and really all you need is somewhere safe and clean to lay your head at night. I slept so well. Thank you to the ladies who run the place they were fabulous I will see you again on my next trip to Rome! Gracie mille per tutti.
