The apartment is clean and welcoming. The managers are courteous and helpful. The beach is very close. The value for money is very good.

Lo staff che lo gestisce è sempre disponibile, anche per eventuali emergenze. Le parti comuni sempre pulite, ordinate. Gli appartamenti, anche il monolocale è ampio, luminoso, funzionale. È situato in un ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare, quindi sempre ventilato, silenzioso. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi una struttura vicina al mare e ai servizi, ottimo per le famiglie, nella tranquillità di San Mauro Mare, isola felice nel cuore della Romagna. Emanuele, Maura Federico I have known this residence for a few years, I consider it my home by the sea, because the environment is welcoming, familiar, it just seems like being at home. The staff that manages it is always available, even for any emergencies. The common parts always clean, tidy. The apartments, even the studio apartment, are spacious, bright and functional. It is situated in an excellent position, a stone's throw from the sea, therefore always ventilated, silent. I recommend it to anyone looking for a structure close to the sea and services, great for families, in the tranquility of San Mauro Mare, a happy island in the heart of Romagna. Gli appartamenti sono ad un passo dal mare, molto carini, spaziosi e puliti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’attenzione all’igiene nella struttura. Su richiesta vengono forniti tutti gli accessori per i piccoli (lettino campeggio, seggiolone, set pappe etc). Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. San Mauro è una località tranquilla, a mio avviso ideale per le famiglie, dotata di market, negozietti e ristoranti. Con brevi passeggiate si arriva alle cittadine vicine (gatteo a Mare/Igea Marina/Bellaria) più “movimentate”. Consigliato!! We stayed two weeks with our families and a small child and we were very happy. The apartments are one step away from the sea, very nice, spacious and clean. We really appreciated the attention to hygiene in the structure. On request, all accessories for children are provided (camping cot, high chair, baby food set, etc.). Very friendly and helpful owner. San Mauro is a quiet location, in my opinion ideal for families, with markets, shops and restaurants. With short walks you can reach the more "lively" nearby towns (Gatteo a Mare / Igea Marina / Bellaria). Recommended!!
