★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento vicino al mare (10 minuti a piedi) con 2 camere, balcone, 2 bagni. Comodo come disposizione. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ottimo per soggiorni, non solo estivi. Vicino ci sono negozi e una super gastronomia che permette il take away.
 Apartment near the sea (10 minutes walk) with 2 bedrooms, balcony, 2 bathrooms. Comfortable as an arrangement. Kind and helpful owner. Excellent for stays, not just summer. Nearby there are shops and a super gastronomy that allows take away.

beautiful residence with many amenities from the pool to the fitness area and a play area for children with a beautiful swimming pool. beautiful apartments and I want to point out maximum cleanliness. a stone's throw from the sea very kind and very friendly managers. Ottima la posizione vicina alla spiaggia convenzionata e inclusa nel prezzo, lontano dalla zona trafficata del paese per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante.
Il proprietario Pietro è gentilissimo e super professionale, ci ha supportato soddisfacendo ogni richiesta ed esigenza durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.
Brand new and tastefully furnished apartment, nothing is missing!
Excellent location close to the partner beach and included in the price, away from the busy area of the country for those seeking a relaxing holiday.
The owner Pietro is very kind and super professional, he supported us by satisfying every request and need throughout our stay.

La struttura è di nuova costruzione, molto rifinita e dotata di ogni comfort (piscina con idromassaggio, tavolo ping pong, biliardino, parcheggio interno ed angolo giochi per bambini). L'appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso, rifinito e Molto molto pulito. Il bagno in particolare è molto spazioso e la cucina molto attrezzata. La spiaggia dista circa 200 metri facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il residence è convenzionato con il lido "costa verde": spiaggia ampia e curata.
Very friendly staff, Pietro is hospitable and helpful. The structure is newly built, very refined and equipped with every comfort (swimming pool with hydromassage, ping pong table, table football, indoor parking and children's play corner). The apartment is very spacious, bright, finished and very very clean. The bathroom in particular is very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The beach is about 200 meters easily accessible on foot. The residence has an agreement with the "Costa Verde" beach: a large and well-kept beach.

Alloggio ampio con aria condizionata, piano cottura ad induzione, 2 stanze e bagno, più ampio balcone idoneo anche per mangiare fuori con vista sulla piscina. Sia il letto matrimoniale, sia il divano letto sono comodi. È presente la cassaforte, ed un parcheggio interrato riservato. Il gestore Pietro si è dimostrato presente e sempre disponibile attento a tutte le esigenze della clientela. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane con i miei 2 bimbi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La vicinanza alla spiaggia evita il fastidio di doversi spostare con l'automobile. Ombrellone e lettini riservati inclusi nel servizio. Sicuramente non è una vacanza a "buon mercato" ma la qualità si paga. Se non volete brutte sorprese quando prenotate le vacanze, al residence 3 Oblò andate sul sicuro.
Recently built residence equipped with every comfort. Spacious accommodation with air conditioning, induction hob, 2 rooms and bathroom, plus large balcony also suitable for eating outside overlooking the pool. Both the double bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. There is a safe and a reserved underground parking space. The manager Pietro has shown to be present and always available attentive to all customer needs. We stayed 2 weeks with my 2 children and we had a great time. The proximity to the beach avoids the hassle of having to travel by car. Umbrella and reserved sun beds included in the service. Surely it is not a "cheap" holiday but you pay for quality. If you don't want bad surprises when you book your holidays, go to the 3 Oblò residence on the safe side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura ricettiva nuova e ben realizzata, attenta ai particolari e dotata di moltissimi comfort piscina, area fitness, biciclette e garage interrato. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, la professionalità e la disponibilità la fanno da padrone. È una struttura a conduzione familiare per questo è molto attenta ai dettagli. Molto molto pulita a due passi dal mare con ombrellone in spiaggia compreso.
New and well-built accommodation facility, attentive to detail and equipped with many amenities, swimming pool, fitness area, bicycles and underground garage. The staff is very friendly and helpful, professionalism and availability are the masters. It is a family-run business, which is why it pays great attention to detail. Very very clean a stone's throw from the sea with umbrella on the beach included.
