l	luigi f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimi appartamenti a 200 mt dal mare. Nuovi e ben arredati, con tutto il necessario per la cucina. Lavatrice e aria condizionata, tv, wifi con uso di bici gratuito. La Signora MariaRita è una signora con la "S" maiuscola che insieme a Suo marito hanno contribuito a farci trascorrere una bella vacanza. Persone gentili, sempre disponibili e attenti a qualsiasi richieste, pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi bisogno, per non parlare dei consigli e suggerimenti che ci ha fornito sui ristoranti, pizzerie, mercatini, eventi, ecc.. Insomma, abbiamo trovato tutto quello che una famiglia, dopo un anno di lavoro, cerca, per godersi la meritata vacanza. Grazie di tutto. A presto Beautiful apartments 200 meters from the sea. New and well furnished, with everything you need for the kitchen. Washing machine and air conditioning, TV, wifi with free use of bikes. Mrs. MariaRita is a lady with a capital "S" who, together with her husband, helped us to spend a nice holiday. Kind people, always available and attentive to any requests, ready to satisfy any need, not to mention the advice and suggestions he gave us about restaurants, pizzerias, markets, events, etc .. In short, we have found everything a family, after a year of work, is looking for, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. Thanks for everything. See you soon

Dettagli ricercati con lavandino bagno e mattonelle di ceramica pregiata, tutto con richiami al mare e al sole. Bella cucina con lavatrice forno e frigo grande con terrazzo per i pasti. Il plus? Pulizia, wi fi e una bici a persona h24, tutto compreso nell'affitto. Grazie ai titolari gentilissimi e a completa disposizione che inviano anche le notizie sulle attività di Alba via wattsapp. Apartment with attention to detail with shabby chic furniture in blue and white tones. Refined details with bathroom sink and precious ceramic tiles, all with references to the sea and the sun. Beautiful kitchen with washing machine, oven and large fridge with terrace for meals. The plus? Cleaning, wi fi and a bike per person 24 hours a day, all included in the rent. Thanks to the very kind owners and at your complete disposal who also send news on Alba's activities via wattsapp.
F	Fabrizio Giuseppetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura di recente costruzione a 200 metri dal mare.Appartamenti rifiniti e dotati di impianto climatizzazione e wifi e cucina completa e munita di microonde.Volendo con un minimo extra viene fornita anche la biancheria( cambio letto e asciugamani). Infine viene consegnata una bicicletta per ogni ospite, da usare durante tutta la vacanza. Per chi come noi ne ha necessità, vengono forniti anche lettino da campeggio per bambini e seggiolone.Sono due volte che siamo ospiti di Maria Rita ed Ivo( i proprietari) e pensiamo che diventerà negli anni una simpatica abitudine. I proprietari sono sempre presenti, gentili e disponibili. Un vero family residence!!Consigliatissimo!! Structure of recent construction 200 meters from the sea. Apartments finished and equipped with air conditioning and wifi and full kitchen and equipped with microwave. With an extra minimum is also provided linen (bed and towel change). Finally, a bicycle is delivered for each guest, to be used throughout the holiday. For those of us who need it, we also provide a camping cot for children and a high chair. We are twice guests of Maria Rita and Ivo (the owners) and we think it will become a nice habit over the years. The owners are always present, kind and helpful. A true family residence !! Highly recommended !!

Che dire....arredati nei minimi particolari, completi di ogni confort, pulitissimi i proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie per la cordialità e per averci fatto sentire come a casa nostra! We are returning after spending a week in one of the apartments. What can I say .... furnished in every detail, complete with every comfort, very clean the owners extremely kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended! Thank you for your friendliness and for making us feel at home!

Pulizia, comodità, posizione e sottolineo la gentilezza dei proprietari, nonché della signora Maria Rita. Appartamento grazioso negli arredi e ben fornito di tutto l’occorrente. Wi fi , microonde, tv e aria condizionata sia nella zona giorno che zona notte. Biciclette assegnate e nessun supplemento per il cane ( che piccolo non è)!! Siamo stati accolti con il sorriso e informati su ristoranti, stabilimenti balneari e mercati che si svolgevano ad Alba e non solo. Altra cosa che mi ha fatto piacere e sollevato dal farla,è che la pulizia finale, come i consumi, fosse già inclusa nel prezzo. Voto 10 e lode!!! Persone che fanno bene e sicuramente con passione il loro lavoro. Ancora grazie. Cleanliness, comfort, location and I emphasize the kindness of the owners, as well as of Mrs. Maria Rita. Nice apartment in furnishings and well equipped with everything you need. Wi fi, microwave, TV and air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas. Bicycles assigned and no supplement for the dog (which is not small) !! We were greeted with a smile and informed about restaurants, bathing establishments and markets that took place in Alba and beyond. Another thing that made me happy and relieved to do it, is that the final cleaning, like consumption, was already included in the price. Vote 10 and praise !!! Mariarita e Ivo due persone veramente speciali. We stayed the whole month of August 2021 and had a great time. The very nice house, with everything you need and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Mariarita and Ivo two truly special people.
