ISoldi e i suoi collaboratori in loco. Unico neo, lievemente caro . I stayed at Residence 2000 for 7 months. Everything managed to the best, any problem was easily solved thanks to Dr. ISoldi and his collaborators on site. The only drawback, slightly expensive.
E	Enea Cattoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questo residence per un mese, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, con elettrodomestici moderni e molto funzionali, ma mancano di alcuni basilari accortezze per renderlo abitabile. I materassi sono scomodi e il fatto che la maggiorparte dei monolocali non abbia finestre normali ma solo a soffitto crea un senso di claustrofobia, specialmente quando fa caldo. I stayed in this residence for a month, the apartments are spacious, with modern and very functional appliances, but they lack some basic precautions to make it habitable. Mattresses are uncomfortable and the fact that most studios do not have normal windows but only on the ceiling creates a sense of claustrophobia, especially in hot weather.

Ho apprezzato anche il servizio di pulizia mensile dell'alloggio e la possibilità di avere un posto auto riservato. Consigliato! Comfortable and clean structure, I stayed 6 months for work needs in Forlì, excellent location near the center and the station. I also appreciated the monthly cleaning service and the possibility of having a reserved parking space. Recommended!

Struttura gestita benissimo dal responsabile che è stato disponibile con noi e attento a ogni nostra esigenza sin dal primo giorno e durante tutta la permanenza. La nostra esperienza è stata davvero positiva, i monolocali e bilocali sono attrezzati, spaziosi, puliti e tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionano molto bene. Soluzione abitativa perfetta per un breve, medio ma anche lungo periodo, dove abbiamo trovato anche le stoviglie e vari servizi molto utili come il wi-fi, sky, il posto auto ecc. Completano tutto questo pulizia degli spazi sia interni che esterni, tranquillità e posizione strategica. Consigliatissimo per fuori sede, vi troverete bene! We are a young couple and stayed at Residence 2000 for six months. Structure managed very well by the manager who was available with us and attentive to our every need from the first day and throughout the stay. Our experience has been really positive, the studios and apartments are equipped, spacious, clean and all the appliances work very well. Perfect housing solution for a short, medium but also long term, where we also found crockery and various useful services such as wi-fi, sky, parking space etc. Complete all this cleaning of both internal and external spaces, tranquility and strategic position. Highly recommended for off-site, you will be fine!

Soluzione ottima, vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi, comodo parcheggio, alloggio tranquillo e nessun pensiero per le utenze. Gestore disponibile a risolvere eventuali esigenze abitative. Alloggio comodo con servizio lavanderia e cucina. Che dire......ci siamo trovati bene. I spent three months this summer. Excellent solution, proximity to the center and all services, convenient parking, quiet accommodation and no worries for utilities. Manager available to solve any housing needs. Comfortable accommodation with laundry service and kitchen. What can I say ...... we were fine.

AMBIENTE CONFORTEVOLE, TUTTE LE DOTAZIONI NECESSARIE, PARCHEGGIO, UBICAZIONE FANTASTICA ( si può andare in pieno centro a piedi in tutta serenità); altri punti forti la cordialità del proprietario e la pulizia. Anche la tranquillità la fa da padrona. Consigliatissimo e se dovessimo tornare da queste parti per qualsiasi motivo non eviterei nel chiamare Marco. We stayed here 1 1/2 months, with my wife and little girl (8 months) and I can only confirm the good bed ... COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT, ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT, PARKING, FANTASTIC LOCATION (you can go to the center on foot in all serenity); other strong points the friendliness of the owner and the cleanliness. Tranquility is also the host. Highly recommended and if we were to return to these parts for any reason I would not shy away from calling Marco.

Anche la posizione è ottima, visto che ha tutti i servizi principali vicini ed è a pochi passi dal centro della città. Marco è cordiale e veramente professionale. Ho soggiornato qui per 2 mesi e sono sicuro che in caso di necessità sarà la mia prima scelta. Vivamente consigliato. Truly well-kept and comfortable apartments, equipped with all comforts. The location is also great as it has all major services close by and is within walking distance of the city center. Marco is friendly and truly professional. I stayed here for 2 months and I'm sure it will be my first choice in case of need. Highly recommended.

This is the place where I had all I needed for my staying like furnished kitchen with all the things to cook, dish wash machine and wash machine for the clothes. Parking place was also very important. All the Residence is always very cleaned and organized. Marco with whom I was in contact if it was nessesary was always very aproachble, friendly and very professional. Thank you very much!
