G	Gianluca Tozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto valida per le potenzialità dei servizi che propone ma effettivamente non altrettanto per la qualità di alcuni di essi. Ristorante con cibo molto buono e vario. Purtroppo il servizio ai tavoli è molto lento e la sala dove viene servito il vitto è molto calda d'estate nonostante la presenza di un condizionatore d'aria. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Considerando che oltre alle terme c'è ben poco da fare, una migliore organizzazione nell'intrattenimento sarebbe la giusta opzione per preferire questa struttura ad altre. Very good structure for the potential of the services it offers but actually not as good for the quality of some of them. Restaurant with very good and varied food. Unfortunately, table service is very slow and the room where food is served is very hot in summer despite the presence of an air conditioner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Considering that besides the spa there is very little to do, a better organization in entertainment would be the right option to prefer this structure to others.

Dopo per cambiarci si portano a una de stanzetta senza riscaldamento Percorso SPA sauna, bagno turco e basta perché la Sala aromaterapia era fredda e non gradevole Massaggio mediocre in stanza fredda. Dubito che fossero massaggisti titolati Maschera di fango messa ed a aspetare in sala piscina a che si asciugassi, tanto freddo che la stessa ha estato proprio sgradevole. Piscine con la acqua sporca, tetti con la muffa, mattonelle rotte A toglierci la maschera abbiamo stato noi en un spogliatoio praticamente al buio, senza riscaldamento e neanche un po' di ovatta o salviette. Abbiamo dovuto usare il nostro accappatoio per togliere la maschera. Neanche si hanno fatto farci la doccia dopo il SPA. Ho dovuto chiedere un asciugacapelli per asciugarmi il capelli bagnati dal bagno turco La doccia la abbiamo fatto a casa Tutto questo 200€ Da ladri Bad experience We arrive and they wait almost half an hour. Una struttura pessima fredda , non riscaldata,mi hanno fatto cambiare in uno stanzino gelido con armadietti privi di chiusura. Un misero buffet consumato anche da altre persone e tutto senza un minimo di igiene , neanche le porzione monodose ... hanno perso una cliente se mai ci sarei voluta ritornare....meglio non citare più nulla. Pessimo , sconsiglio vivamente. I wanted to specify that I went to this facility thanks to the spa bonus. The structure pocketed 200 euros. Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, personale gentile, cibo ottimo,e abbondante tenendo conto che noi avevamo una persona celiaca e si è trovata in proprio aggio. L'unica pecca che l'arredamento in alcune camere lascia a desiderare. Del resto.. Da consigliare assolutamente. I stayed for 3 days, and I think I will go there again. Very clean and welcoming facility, friendly staff, excellent food, and plentiful taking into account that we had a celiac person and found herself in her own age. The only downside is that the decor in some rooms leaves something to be desired. After all .. To be absolutely recommended.
P	POMPEA BELTRAMONTE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una persona che ha una qualke disabilità è difficile trovare una collocazione che le consenta di poter essere in grado di muoversi da sola in un ambiente con personale disponibile, garbato e discreto, che non ti fa pesare minimamente la tua difficoltà, tanto I titolari che il personale mi hanno fatto sentire in famiglia ed a "casa" x me è stata una bella esperienza fare le terapie termali che mi hanno giovato molto, nn facendomi mancare neanche poter prendere il sole a bordo piscina, cucina eccellente ed è un qualcosa che spero di riuscire a realizzare anche questo anno. For a person who has a certain disability it is difficult to find a location that allows them to be able to move alone in an environment with helpful, polite and discreet staff, which does not make you weigh your difficulty in the least, both the owners and the staff made me feel at home and at "home" for me it was a great experience to do the spa therapies that have helped me a lot, nn making me miss even being able to sunbathe by the pool, excellent cuisine and it is something I hope to be able to realize this year too.

Non è difficile però notare come gli spogliatoi delle piscine interne siano freddi, umidi e privi di igiene come il resto dell'edificio. Ho pernottato per una notte e ho usato il bonus terme con l'intenzione di godermi una giornata relax. Devo dire che sono rimasto alquanto deluso siccome anche la stanza da letto non era il massimo. Un letto rigido e scomodo, un bagno pulito ma completamente da ristrutturare a causa della ruggine e della mancanza del filtro sia nel lavandino sia nella doccia. Il personale molto cordiale ma non proprio adeguato, dopo il massaggio mi sono sentito più dolorante di prima. La sala ristoro era completamente fredda e priva di riscaldamento nonostante avessero i climatizzatori, il cibo non era proprio da buttar via anche se palesemente cucinato ore prima e riscaldato al momento. L'area delle piscine interne è più o meno ben tenuta, anche se una pulizia delle pareti sarebbe l'ideale. A new structure, but only on the outside. Ci sono stato per usufruire del bonus Terme ma mi sa che il bonus era solo per loro, per noi solo malus . . . . Lo spogliatoio dei maschi privo di porta , privo di igiene. Sono stato costretto a cambiarmi nella stanza dei gabinetti facendo l equilibrista e al contempo dovevo tenere anche i vestiti in mano poiché non c era nemmeno un appendino e per evitare di farli bagnare nell'urina. Un piccolo rinfresco già consumato dagli altri , alla faccia del covid . Non vado oltre. Unica nota positiva i massaggi delle signore Rosaria e Maddalena.
