We just moved and the Mediaset channels weren't working. I called them and in an hour they replaced a piece in the antenna and now everything works ?? more than fair price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto pessimo! Non sono assolutamente in grado di riparare niente! Ma...sono altrettanto bravi ad intascarsi i 20€ ( per un intervento) dal momento che la tv la porti tu in negozio! 20 € intascati in nero senza alcuna ricevuta! Robe da pazzi.
Non ci tornerò mai più, ho visto solo tanta incompetenza.
Bad place! I am absolutely unable to repair anything! But ... they are just as good at pocketing the 20 € (for an intervention) since you take the TV to the store! € 20 pocketed in black without any receipt! Crazy stuff.
I will never go back, I have only seen so much incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati venerdì per l'antenna da sostituire mi informano che prima di una settimana non riuscivano a venire a controllare, il martedì successivo mi chiamano dicendomi che era saltato un appuntamento e che se potevano passare avrebbero controllato il guasto. Neanche 2 ore dopo era tutto riparato alla perfezione rimettendomi in posizione anche la parabola di eolo. Tutto questo ad un prezzo onesto
Called on Friday for the antenna to be replaced, they inform me that before a week they could not come to check, the following Tuesday they call me saying that an appointment had been missed and that if they could pass they would have checked the fault. Not even 2 hours later everything was perfectly repaired and even the Aeolus parable was put back in position. All this at an honest price
