In più sono giusti nel prezzo.
Unico neo.. E non so se tutti lo ritengano un neo. Eccesso di burocratismi..
They ask for 10 euros in advance for the quote, rightly, and honestly take them off the final bill.
Plus they are fair in price.
The only drawback .. And I don't know if everyone considers it a mole. Excess of bureaucracy ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veloci a risolvere il problema della mia TV Philips in garanzia. Gentilissima la signora al telefono e molto disponibile il tecnico che ha ritirato e riconsegnato la TV. Lo consiglio vivamente e se dovessi avere bisogno mi rivolgerò a loro sicuramente.
Quick to fix my Philips TV under warranty. The lady on the phone was very kind and the technician who collected and returned the TV was very helpful. I highly recommend it and if I need to, I will definitely contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da loro su indicazione dell'assistenza Samsung per un intervento in garanzia su di un monitor da 49 pollici ultrawide. Presi contatti con il tecnico che mi ha chiesto di inoltrare foto del difetto tramite whatsapp, mi viene detto di portargli il monitor. Dopo pochi giorni mi chiamano per avvisarmi che era pronto e che avevano sostituito in garanzia l'interno pannello. Che dire sono stati professionali, gentili e veloci! Tutto l'intervento è passato in garanzia e non ho dovuto spendere un euro, inoltre il lavoro fatto è ottimo .Complimenti ottima assistenza!
I went to them at the request of Samsung service for a warranty intervention on an ultrawide 49-inch monitor. I contacted the technician who asked me to forward photos of the defect via whatsapp, I was told to bring him the monitor. After a few days they call me to inform me that it was ready and that the internal panel had been replaced under warranty. What can I say they were professional, kind and fast! All the work went under warranty and I did not have to spend a euro, also the work done is excellent. Congratulations excellent assistance!
