★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te ponen cancelacion gratuita, y la cancelo a los 2 min de reservarlo porque me confundi de fechas y ya te han cobrado la estancia y despues de 15 dias no te devuelven el dinero y no dan señales aun habiendoles mandado un email.
They give you a free cancellation, and I cancel it 2 minutes after booking it because I got confused about dates and they have already charged you for the stay and after 15 days they do not return the money and they do not give signals even if they have sent an email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezerwacja dokonana 1 marca, potwierdzona została odwołana przez obiekt w dniu meldowania 10 maja! Dodatkowo obiekt skłamał, że przyczyną jest niedziałająca karta. To kłamstwo. Zostaliśmy w mieście bez lokalu. NIE POLECAM!
The reservation made on March 1, confirmed has been canceled by the facility on the day of check-in on May 10! In addition, the object lied that the cause is a broken card. It's a lie. We stayed in the city without a place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends made a reservation 2 months before arrival to Florence. I was to came there 3 days after them. And then all of a sudden, in the day of the arrival, the reservation has been canceled... It is hard to tell something about accomodation, but the way they've acted is realny wrong. I do not reccomend this place
