L'ambiente è molto bello: anticamente era una bar, il famoso Caffè Rocca di Audrey Hepburn e Gregory Peck in Vacanze Romane. Ora è scuro, ma molto ben illuminato, accogliente, razionale.
Entrando, a destra trovi il reparto donna e a destra quello uomo.
Il personale è incredibilmente accogliente e già alla seconda volta che entri ricorda tutto ciò che hai guardato la volta precedente. Capisce il tuo gusto e interpreta i tuoi desideri.
I prezzi sono molto alti, ma un capo ti dura anni e anni. A me, ad esempio, i jeans stanno benissimo, valorizzandomi senza appesantire. Ne compro un paio e sto a posto per un bel po'.
Hanno una vasta varietà di capi casual: magliette, capispalla, vestiti, scarpe e accessori davvero per tutte le taglie. Ma il linguaggio, il taglio di Replay è meraviglioso, unico, riconoscibile.
Molto capace è la assistente della mattina, che forse sì chiama Luigina: grandissima esperienza e gentilezza. Ti tira fuori tutto il negozio con la massima calma, proponendo questo e quello, ti consiglia e non ti costringe a comprare se non ti va.
La tessera, virtuale, che non la puoi perdere, gratuita, è molto utile perché si ricava un bello sconto ogni tanto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, poco prima della chiusura ho incrociato all'ingresso un soggetto (che li' ci lavora deduco) assai poco civilizzato di sesso maschile. Orribilmente arrogante, che manco il morso della tarantola... Suggerirei una canna di quelle buone. Ero trafelata perche' avevo chiesto telefonicamente di mettermi da parte un paio di sandali e di li' a poco avrebbero chiuso. Credo mi abbia scambiata per una salviniana no mask ? Poco male le acquistero' online...anzi suggerisco a chi mi legge di evitare luoghi dove s'impegnano nel rovinarti la serata e di acquistare direttamente sul sito. Troppe piante che invadono le vetrine
