Non so se sia possibile acquistare direttamente dal produttore, comunque i prodotti sono in vendita anche nelle piccole e grandi norcinerie dei dintorni ed in molti supermercati. Ho provato i tre tipi di salame di cinghiale e con pepe, nella mia prima foto, che non mi sono piaciuti molto, per eccessivo utilizzo di spezie che irritano il palato. Invece i cojoni di mulo sono ottimi, il salame è morbido e gustoso. I don't know if it is possible to buy directly from the producer, however the products are on sale also in the small and large butchers in the surroundings and in many supermarkets. I tried the three types of wild boar and pepperoni salami, in my first photo, which I didn't like very much, due to the excessive use of spices that irritate the palate. Instead the mule cojoni are excellent, the salami is soft and tasty.

Ho scoperto dei prodotti fantastici tra cui la Mortadella di cinghiale, il Salame di cinghiale e le salsicce di cinghiale.
