Out in the suburbs. Nice restaurant, friendly staff. Lovely swimming pools in the summer. Ample parking. Well within reach of Lucera, Foggia a little further but still close enough. Sky TV and hydro massage baths in every room. Most rooms suited to couples. A few rooms with separate lounge and sofa bed too.

Excellent location for events and weddings. Very nice SPA. As hotel, rooms are not 5* but include a idromassage bath each one. They may need a bit of maintenance, yet. Each room is in a single bungalow immerse in a garden, very pleasant. Garage and breakfast easy to rich. I appreciate the fresh orange juice but the machine they have is terrible quality. Dinner not good. Expensive and not high quality. Both in Lucera and Foggia there are much more convenient places to eat.

I went to a wedding there and it was truly beautiful. Staff was really attentive and the dishes were all very well presented. Just got a bit disappointed when in the closing ceremony, they gave balloons to the guests, with a tiny led inside, with the purpose to send them away at the end of it. As we are in 2018 and we are all looking for a world with a minimum impact of plastic in our environment, I think this last idea could be rethought and maybe they could start using lanterns made of paper??

The room was nice, big and clean. The staff was from check-in through dinner, breakfast and checkout very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel absolutely does not fulfil 5L star rating. At first we have booked 2 rooms for 12 days, however, decided to terminate our stay after 5 days and move to a better place. Advantages: large and green territory, the staff was friendly Disadvantages: First of all, we were given wrong rooms, which were much smaller than we have booked. Secondly, the food quality is quite poor (idk how it could recieve a Michelin star, everything was extremely salty or tasteless, we even had to drive to Lucera to enjoy much tasteful food for the same price). The service was disgusting, waiters (btw, most of time it was only one waiter, as everybody else were always busy with marriages, which happened here literally every day, with loud firework displays) have multiple times forgot about the orders and brought wrong meals as well. The breakfasts were poor as well, there were rarely meat options and the quality of cakes seemed like they were brought from the marriage which took its place a day before. The fresh juice was only available once, as the other days, they said that the machine was broken. Sometimes there weren't any fruits as well. Thirdly, the big swimming pool can only be used during significant events and the small pool was also not always available (again, due to the marriages). When we tried to get towels for the pool on the reception, they said they didn't have any, so we have to take our bathroom towels. One of the shower taps near the swimming pool was broken. The room quality was not excellent as well. In the bathroom the toilet often flushed not properly and the water tap in shower was leaking . Conclusion: the hotel definitely needs renovation and more investing into the staff and service in general. Maybe it is good for 1 day stay for marriages, but definitely not for the regular customers))) let's be honest, it is maximum 4 star hotel, but not 5 star luxe...

Beautiful property off the beaten path. It appears there was a wedding a day or 2 before as the staff was still putting stuff away. It was a bit erie as I believe we were the only guests staying there. Food was amazing.
