A	Andrea P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capitati qui per caso a pranzo la sorpresa è stata veramente piacevole. Struttura e giardino molto belli, ma l'accoglienza del titolare vale ancora di più. Dopo aver girato l'Umbria in lungo in largo per anni, dovevo capitare qui per scoprire le particolarità della cucina tradizionale Umbra. L'antipasto copre dal freddo al caldo partendo da affettati artigianali e formaggi accompagnati da marmellate e confetture fatte da loro che definire ottime è poco ( sarebbero da mangiare da sole ). Tortini, fricchió( dalle nostre parti si chiama così il piatto a base di verdure in padella con zucchine, peperoni e varie altre) e composizioni bastano abbondantemente per un pasto. Ma il primo di cugni( pasta tipica Umbra) con fagioli e salsiccia sono stati la scoperta. Buon vino della casa e liquore al basilico fatto dal titolare chiudono un pranzo che doveva essere uno spuntino.... Ma come resistere? Tornerò per assaggiare la tagliata "sott'olio" . Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Stayed here by chance at lunch the surprise was really pleasant. Structure and very beautiful garden, but the hospitality of the owner is even more true. After traveling around Umbria for years, I had to come here to discover the particularities of traditional Umbrian cuisine. The appetizer covers from cold to warm, starting with artisan cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by jams and marmalades made by them, which is good to define as excellent (they should be eaten alone). Pies, fricchió (in our parts is called the dish of pan-fried vegetables with zucchini, peppers and various others) and compositions are enough for a meal. But the first of cugni (typical Umbrian pasta) with beans and sausage was the discovery. Good house wine and basil liqueur made by the owner close a lunch that was supposed to be a snack .... But how can you resist? I'll be back to taste the sliced "in oil". Very good quality / price ratio.

Ho assaggiato una cucina particolare all'antica che non sempre mangerei. Nel complesso mi è piaciuta I cannot give an exhaustive review as I attended an organized dinner. I tasted a particular old-fashioned cuisine that I wouldn't always eat. Overall I liked it

Piacevolissima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, la cucina offre piatti di ricercata tradizione locale, accompagnati da ottimi vini, anch'essi di produzione locale. Ci torneremo, magari in estate, per sfruttare la panoramica e rilassante piscina.... The structure is wonderful, in the quiet of a hill of cultivated fields and olive trees, a large front garden, the well-kept and welcoming room. Pleasant welcome from the owner, the kitchen offers dishes of refined local tradition, accompanied by excellent wines, also locally produced. We will return, perhaps in the summer, to take advantage of the panoramic and relaxing swimming pool ....

Un Team coeso nella ricerca delle materie prime esclusivamente della nostra zona, rivisitazione dei piatti antichi con una presentazione in chiave moderna. Non potevamo immaginare di vivere un'esperienza fantastica. Per ogni singolo piatto ci é stata raccontata la storia della ricetta di famiglia e spiegato nei dettagli. Ogni cambio portata ci é stato proposto un digestivo per pulire la bocca. É stata veramente un'esperienza unica!!ringraziamo ancora il proprietario per averci fatto felici!!! SUPER CONSIGLIATO We happened to have lunch with friends at this place. The restaurant was actually closed, but the owner made us lunch anyway. We couldn't imagine having a great experience. For each dish we were told the story of the family recipe and explained in detail. Each course change has been proposed to us a digestive to cleanse the mouth. It was truly a unique experience !! We thank the owner again for making us happy !!! SUPER RECOMMENDED

Ci ha accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto creato con materie prime del luogo davvero originale e gustoso; I piatti eleganti, accuratamente illustrati, sono di altissima qualità, creati con materie prime prodotte da loro stessi ed illustrati con passione dal proprietario , che denota l"amore per il territorio. Un viaggio nei sapori, un mix elegante tra passato e presente . Tornerei molto volentieri. Fantastic historical location, welcoming and well-kept. The welcome from the landlord was very kind and a family atmosphere was immediately created. He welcomed us with a welcome drink created with truly original and tasty local raw materials; The elegant dishes, carefully illustrated, are of the highest quality, created with raw materials produced by themselves and illustrated with passion by the owner, which denotes love for the territory. A journey into flavors, an elegant mix of past and present. I would be happy to return.

They handed us out 4 free bottles of olive oil to taste after that we got a menu made by them. In every dish you taste the love that they used to make it. Let's be fare, it is not the best dish I ever had but they were just soo friendly! They handed us out some free bottles of local wine to taste, we enjoyed it very much. It's like you eat in your own home. I just can't stop being positive... -Friday 5-August

Between every dish they bring a homemade liquor to 'wash our mouth' ?. The people were very warm and the place is really cosy, which made the whole experience one to never forget.
