personale gentile e ben guidato da Franco che gestisce in maniera impeccabile il locale. la moglie Carla presidia con autorevolezza e amore la cucina e ne garantisce la genuinità. il giorno che abbiamo pranzato abbiamo assaggiato delle coradelle di agnello rosse stupende. locale vivamente consigliato.
cuisine with full respect for tradition. classic Umbrian appetizers very good first courses .... but the wood-fired roast that arrives at the table still warm has no equal .... sublime ... feel the taste of the grandmother of the past.
kind staff and well guided by Franco who runs the place impeccably. his wife Carla supervises the kitchen with authority and love and guarantees its authenticity. the day we had lunch we tasted some wonderful red lamb coradellas. highly recommended local.

Ottimi antipasti, primi buonissimi ed abbondanti, secondi idem, prezzo accettabilissimo. La bellezza del panorama fa il resto. Un ottima scelta per riscoprire gusti e sapori antichi

Excellent appetizers, very good and abundant first courses, second courses ditto, very acceptable price. The beauty of the landscape does the rest. An excellent choice to rediscover ancient tastes and flavors
