★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on Friday at 16.00 they informed me that I could not move in on Sunday as planned / agreed in the contract. I was flexible and agreed to move in the Wednesday after. As they did not reply to some of my emails to confirm the time of the check-in I gave them a call myself and they informed me I could not move in at all. They cancelled the booking less than 24 hours which caused a lot of problems and additional costs for me. The notice period in contract was 3 months. Communication was very bad, not proactive. Not trustworthy at all.
