Riportato lo slittino dopo pochi minuti ci dice che la prossima volta ci avrebbe fatto lo sconto. Ritornati il giorno dopo hanno applicato uno sconto se così lo possiamo chiamare di soli due euro. Sconsigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ attrezzatura sempre al top, la loro serietà è massima, ho presentato loro un buono sconto del valore di 50€ vecchio di più di due anni, e senza batter ciglio mi hanno scontato il costo del noleggio di quell'occasione. se fosse successo in "italia" avrebbero sicuramente accampato qualche scusa banale. bravi.

Sci, snowboard,scarponi abbastanza buoni, armadietti dotati di spazio necessario per posare l'attrezzatura e riscaldati per un maggiore Comfort. Che dire... malgrado determinato personale scortese per il resto sono molto veloci e pronti a qualsiasi cosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho utilizzato lo ski-depot tra il 19 e il 15 dic. 2021. La posizione del deposito sci è molto comoda, proprio alla base degli impianti, a Riscone. Peccato che gli armadietti non siano riscaldati, per cui avrei fatto meglio a lasciare gli scarponi nella ski-room dell'hotel. Sono anni e anni che frequento posti simili e un simile inconveniente non mi era mai capitato. Interpellati gli addetti, ho sentito vaghe giustificazioni, ma il problema non è stato risolto, o semplicemente non si è voluto provvedere. Sarà per volere contenere i costi? Per il Covid? Se tornero al Kronplatz un'altra volta saprò come regolarmi. Grazie lo stesso
I used the ski depot between 19 and 15 December. 2021. The location of the ski depot is very convenient, right at the base of the lifts, in Riscone. Too bad that the lockers are not heated, so I had better leave the boots in the ski room of the hotel. I have been going to similar places for years and years and such an inconvenience had never happened to me. When consulted with the staff, I heard vague justifications, but the problem was not solved, or simply did not want to take action. Will it be for wanting to contain costs? For Covid? If I go back to the Kronplatz again I will know how to regulate myself. Thank you all the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Verleih mit Fairen Preisen. Nachschleifen und der Ersatz bei Beschädigungen gehen schnell und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Skiboxen sind an der Bahnkasse für 2 oder 4 Personen vorhanden.
Great rental with fair prices. Regrinding and replacement in the event of damage are quick and uncomplicated. Gladly again. Ski boxes are available at the ticket office for 2 or 4 people.
