Tražila sam instruktora koji priča engleski ili hrvatski (ima i takvih srela ih u restoranu) dobila instruktora koji doslovno govori 4 riječi na engleskom. Još sam bila u grupi s dva talijana tako da nisu prestajali pričati na talijanskom. Uglavnom oprezno kada uzimate sate. Ako vam se to dogodi odmah treba napraviti reklamaciju. My experience with school is awful. I was looking for an instructor who speaks English or Croatian (there are some I met in a restaurant) and got an instructor who literally speaks 4 words in English. I was still in a group with two Italians so they didn’t stop talking in Italian. Mostly be careful when taking hours. If this happens to you, you should make a complaint immediately.

Für uns eine Top-Adresse am Kronplatz, weiter so! We booked private lessons with Hans-Jörg (ski instructor) and Daniel (snowboard instructor) and were very enthusiastic about the tips and suggestions for improving our skiing techniques. For us a top address at Plan de Corones, keep it up!

Non mi aspettavo certo miracoli visto che era la prima volta che indossavano gli sci. Il loro maestro (un signore di una certa età), è stato bravo, davvero. Tuttavia tengo a segnalare la mancata "elasticità" da parte della scuola per il ritardo con cui ci siamo presentati. Non abbiamo chiesto sconti e pagato regolarmente tutte le lezioni. Ci saremmo davvero aspettati un gesto di cortesia. Aggiungo anche il malo modo con cui i bimbi sono stati fatti uscire - a fine lezione, dal minuscolo campetto scuola, da un giovane maestro di sci della scuola stessa che non ha voluto sentire ragioni. E nonostante il tono conciliante con cui mi sono rivolta a lui, chiedendogli di lasciare che i bimbi sotto la nostra sorveglianza potessero continuare a "scivolare", non solo non ha voluto sentire ragioni, ma ha pure cominciato a parlare in una lingua che italiano non era, rendendo davvero difficile la comunicazione. Davvero un modo molto maleducato e soprattutto, indelicato nei confronti dei bambini. La domanda è se davvero questo giovane, così deciso e duro, possa fregiarsi del titolo di maestro. Comunque sia, pur se alla scuola suddetta potrà interessare o meno, da loro i miei pargoli non ci andranno più. Non è luogo accogliente. Ergo, cercherò qualcosa di meglio. Their teacher (a gentleman of a certain age) was good, really. However, I would like to point out the lack of "flexibility" on the part of the school due to the delay with which we presented ourselves. We did not ask for discounts and paid for all the lessons regularly. We really would have expected a gesture of courtesy. I also add the bad way in which the children were let out - at the end of the lesson, from the tiny school pitch, by a young ski instructor from the same school who didn't want to hear reasons. And despite the conciliatory tone with which I turned to him, asking him to let the children under our supervision continue to "slip", not only did he not want to hear reasons, but he also began to speak in a language other than Italian. it was, making communication really difficult. Really a very rude way and above all, indelicate towards children. The question is whether this young man, so determined and tough, can really boast the title of teacher. In any case, even if the aforementioned school may or may not be of interest to them, my children will no longer go to them. It is not a welcoming place. Ergo, I'll try something better.
