★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were extremly pleased with the honesty of the whole staff. The rental team/Tony, discussed with us few options and let us do a test drive on two of their motorbikes. After the test drive, we determined that a rental car will be a better option for us. The team showed full understanding of our skills and took us to the car rental place few doors away. They were honest and supportive. We are highly recommending their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. We didn’t reserve the scooters upfront and still were able to secure the scooters on the spot. The managers didn’t try to rip us off with existing defects. Scooters were really good and they didn’t have any problems. I’m recommending to try riding the Amalfi coast - it was really incredible! The deposit got returned back to us in a couple of hours (by credit card). Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently ride a Honda CB 750, and have ridden Vespas and scooters since I was a teenager. After my test around the block, I pulled in and parked, the man ran up to me panicked and declined me a scooter. I asked why and he said I was going too fast, apparently since I increased throttle slightly to get over a ramped curb. As we were walking away dumbfounded, after riding (too) confidently, my father who’s 74 said “it’s because you’re a woman”. Disappointing.
Edit: This is my response to your response. We thought it was strange you had my brother ride off the curb (not ramped) into traffic, which he avoided. As for me, I initially briefly accelerated to get it up the curb and back to the line of other scooters, neatly. I’m sure that’s how you get your scooters back up — via the ramped break on the curb? If the bar manager shouted at you, I apologize. The people I parked near didn’t seem alarmed, so that explains my dad’s inference because I wasn’t “going fast”. Saying I’d probably hurt myself doesn’t help either. The only reason we were so apologetic was out of politeness for the inconvenience the decision caused you, we respect your your neighbors and your property. I hope the deposit covered things. Again we’re sorry for the trouble today.
