F	Federica Bufano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella Struttura in mezzo alla campagna:molto tranquilla. Stanze con patio confortevoli, bagni minuscoli. Beautiful structure in the countryside: very quiet. Comfortable patio rooms, tiny bathrooms.

Gli interni, reception e sala, molto accoglienti. Purtroppo, partendo dalla posizione e la strada sterrata per arrivare all'entrata arrivando poi all'interno della camera la struttura perde almeno 2 stelle con camere spoglie e mobilio estremamente datato. Camere completamente NON insonorizzate. Il tutto condito dalla chiamata diretta del proprietario a tarda ora (01.00) per intimarci di rientrare perché la reception chiude alle 23 e la colazione interrotta bruscamente ad un ora specifica spegnendo la musica, come a farci capire di doverci alzare. Per la bellezza del posto purtroppo molto male. Un peccato!!! The interior, reception and lounge, very welcoming. Unfortunately, starting from the location and the dirt road to get to the entrance and then arriving inside the room, the structure loses at least 2 stars with bare rooms and extremely dated furniture. Completely NOT soundproofed rooms. All seasoned by the direct call of the owner late at the hour (01.00) to order us to come back because the reception closes at 11 pm and the breakfast was abruptly interrupted at a specific time by turning off the music, as if to make us understand that we have to get up. For the beauty of the place unfortunately very bad. A shame!!!

p	paula castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El wifi solo funciona (segun ellos) con telefonos 5G. De hecho los nuestros no se pudieron conectar. La ducha estaba rota por lo tanto solo funcionaba con el regador. El frigobar estaba desenchufado :/ y para q funcione debimos poner un adaptador(el único provisto) x lo q usar el secador de pelo era incordioso porque debimos sacar ese adaptador y volver a ponerlo. No hay enchufes cerca de la cama, el único q habia estaba usado por la lámpara. El desayuno es rico pero me molesta tener q pedir cada cosa q queres comer o tomar. La habitación tenia un tamaño bueno y el baño era completo. Wi-Fi only works (according to them) with 5G phones. In fact ours couldn't connect. The shower was broken so it only worked with the shower head. The fridge was unplugged :/ and for it to work we had to put an adapter (the only one provided) so using the hair dryer was inconvenient because we had to take out that adapter and put it back on. There are no outlets near the bed, the only one was used by the lamp. The breakfast is rich but it annoys me to have to ask for everything you want to eat or drink. The room was a good size and the bathroom was complete.

Sarebbe il top se pensassero anche ad un locale ad hoc per pranzare con cani, come accade già nei ristoranti. Per la colazione non ci è nemmeno stato proposto di farla fuori... ma la struttura è attenta al Green e all'ecologia e quindi il nostro giudizio generale è più che positivo. They welcome dogs and therefore it was essential for us since we have them. It would be the best if they also thought of an ad hoc place to have lunch with dogs, as is already the case in restaurants. For breakfast we have not even been offered to take it out ... but the structure is attentive to Green and ecology and therefore our general opinion is more than positive.
v	valentina A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Relais molto tranquillo in ottima posizione, anche a 10 minuti dalle Terme Dei Papi. Perfetta pulizia e camere molto carine anche se essenziali. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi. (Consiglio di portarli via altrimenti andrebbero buttati per via del Covid e sarebbe un vero peccato, farà piacere anche al personale) Staff very kind and helpful. Very quiet Relais in an excellent position, also 10 minutes from Terme Dei Papi. Perfect cleanliness and very nice although basic rooms. Excellent breakfast with fresh products. (I recommend taking them away otherwise they would be thrown away due to Covid and it would be a real shame, it will also please the staff)
