Ci sono tanti piatti tradizionali e altri in cui la selezione di grandi ingredienti è fondamentale, come il carpaccio di cervo e il cosciotto di capriolo. Ottime anche le patate con tomino e spuma di aglio, così come l’uovo morbido con cavoletti di Bruxelles, fonduta e nocciole. La carta dei vini o meglio del “carburante” propone una buona scelta di vini naturali. Il ristorante è molto accogliente e valorizza al massimo tutti gli ingredienti di montagna, anche nell’arredo. Ci si sente sempre come a casa! Juri's cuisine is simple but at the same time of great taste. There are many traditional dishes and others in which the selection of great ingredients is essential, such as carpaccio of venison and leg of venison. The potatoes with tomino cheese and garlic mousse are also excellent, as is the soft egg with Brussels sprouts, fondue and hazelnuts. The wine list or rather the "fuel" list offers a good choice of natural wines. The restaurant is very welcoming and makes the most of all mountain ingredients, even in the furnishings. Servizio professionale, ma in qualcosa da migliorare (mascherina non sempre sul naso e in un locale di questo livello cambierei le posate almeno tra le portate principali) . È comunque un'esperienza! Amazing place, very nice place, great food. Professional service, but in something to improve (mask not always on the nose and in a restaurant of this level I would change the cutlery at least between the main courses). La tavola apparecchiata con bicchiere rotto inoltre mancavano posate che richieste, di mal voglia da parte della cameriera, sono poi giunte al tavolo. Menù 4 portate per quasi 3 ore al tavolo, uovo bavoso, ravioli freddi, risotto in "piatto sbeccato", una panna cotta anonima a meno che un lontano profumo di fieno dovesse avere un significato da ricordare. Vini e bevande escluse. Conto salatissimo per quel che abbiamo mangiato, praticamente le porzioni sarebbero state giuste per una persona e non due. Oltretutto al momento della prenotazione non è stato fatto cenno al fatto che ci sarebbe stato un menù fisso, anziché il menù alla carta.. Nonostante questo dettaglio ottima location, ottima qualità del cibo e servizio. Dispiace, ma non ci ritorneremo sicuramente.. Fixed menu at 50 euros per person to eat a shared dish of each course and with smaller portions .. entrée, 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, second courses and dessert. Wines and drinks not included. Very high bill for what we ate, practically the portions would have been right for one person and not two. Cibo ottimo , materie prime del posto cucinate dalla mano esperta di un cuoco di livello. Ottima scelta di vini. Prezzo adeguato. La proposta del menù è caratterizzata da abbinamenti particolari e dalla scelta di materie prime a km 0 o persino autoprodotte…scelte che danno un valore aggiunto a ogni singolo piatto. La location e i materiali naturali, legno, pietra, vetro…rendono il tutto ancora più suggestivo e trasmettono l’autenticità del Reis! Wonderful experience!
